“My experience with the San Ramon location has been nothing but positive. My Tesla has been sitting at the body shop due to an accident (not of my fault) and the customer service here has been great. The day I went to get the rental, the gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he’s Asian) was working all by himself due to lack of staff. He was doing the best he could, running around, answering calls, answering all my questions. He was so patient. I’d definitely rent from here again bc of the customer service.”

“This is a convenient location for us. The service is excellent, although the cars can be dirty when you pick them up. I have had to clean the car windows a few times.”

“I rent Budget’s cars through the Costco Travel system to get a good price. Never had a problem with customer service at this location.
That said, some of the vehicles I rented here have had low tire pressures; I recommend you to check tire inflation for any vehicle you rent here.”

“I rented a 15 passenger van for 4 days. They customer service amazing, had me checked out in 10 minutes and the car was brought around 10 minutes after that. I was able to upgrade to the Mercedes benz so that we could stand up like adult for my Bachelorette weekend. Wouldn't have changed a thing about my rental. Diesel gas was expensive, but not their fault at all, especially giving it was more on the luxury side of vans. Returned it yesterday amd deposit should be sent back soon. Great place especially the one I went to. The workers were very friendly, open, caring and helpful. Thanks so much for helping make my Bachelorette weekend leading into my wedding great.”
