“We visited Mancini store in San Ramon the past weekend. Erik has been very helpful, attentive and friendly during the entire process. We tried out various brands of mattresses making sure the selection would fit our needs. Erik took his time to explain the pros and cons of different brand. We made our decision on Airloom Shasta Firm Twin XL. It is due to deliver today. We wanted to thank Erik for his time & professionalism to guide us for our selection. A job well done, Erik. 🙏😃🙏”

“We had a wonderful experience at Terra Outdoor Living. The showroom is very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to browse. Their furniture is high quality with excellent design—definitely not cheap, mass-produced pieces. What truly stood out was the after-sales service. Michelle from the back office was incredibly responsive and professional, and Carlos, the store manager, was attentive and helpful throughout the process. My husband Jordan and I are very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Terra Outdoor Living to friends and family.”

  3. Bay Area Redwood - 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd #2602

6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd #2602, San Ramon CA 94583

    4.6 Superb 52 reviews

“I had a wonderful experience working with Nick. I was looking for a piece of redwood for a floating mantel for my home. When I reached out, he invited me to his workshop so I could see some of the options in person. Nick asked all the right questions to quickly understand exactly what I was looking for. That ended up being a challenge - the kind of piece I had in mind was really tough to find. Nick was super helpful, guiding me and pointing me in the right direction. In the end, I found the perfect redwood mantel that fit my tastes exactly. Nick went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I'm so grateful to Nick for all of his help. He is a true craftsman who is passionate about his business and helping his customers. My experience was top-notch from start to finish, and I'm so pleased with the beautiful piece Nick helped me find. Thank you, Nick!”

  5. Lovesac - 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd Suite 1606

6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd Suite 1606, San Ramon CA 94583

    4.2 Good 70 reviews

“We walked into Lovesac at Bishop Ranch fully committed to upgrading our couch but with zero clue on size, configuration, or color. Enter: our sales associate, who completely saved the day. She was amazing, kind, patient, stylish (seriously, she looked so cute), and knew exactly what she was doing. She walked us through everything without any pressure, and at some point we just said, “okay, we trust you,” and let her take the lead. Best decision we could’ve made. Now we’re waiting on our new couch!!! A pink setup with recliners—and it is exactly what I’ve been wanting. Let’s be clear: adult money was spent. But after 10+ years with our loyal IKEA couch, it was time. And honestly? Zero regrets. It feels worth every penny. Bonus: they offer a first responder discount, which I was very happy to take advantage of as a nurse—such a nice touch. Overall, the whole experience was fun, easy, and actually exciting (which is not how furniture shopping usually goes). Huge shoutout to our sales associate, wish I remembered her name, because she absolutely deserves it. Highly recommend if you’re ready to upgrade your space and lean into your adult era”
