“I purchased several items from Patio World in Pleasanton over 13 years ago and all the items are holding up strong. People mentioned their products are pricey but you get what you pay for - high quality and everlasting. I honestly trust the quality of their products and recently went back to the Pleasanton store and purchased a dining table set. The sales rep., Donald Bonasia customer service was the best. I sent him a photo of my deck and he sent me pictures back with options (I’m 30 minutes away). My to go place for patio/deck furniture. Zero sales tax promotion is a plus!”
“26 years back we bought a Natuzzi leather sofa full set. The set lasted is 25 years exemplary, the leather started to rip and family wanted change, so we got rid of it. And now in May of 2026, after revonating our home, we yesterday purchased a new leather sofa again from this same Pleasanton Macy's store. Let see how long this sofa last in our family room.”
