“I found Macys Furniture store a great store to shop furniture but what was disappointing was that they do not offer swatches. As we do more & more online shopping & stores have limited space for instore shopping we need to see swatches. Its not easy to return large furniture pieces if upholstery is not exactly right for your space.”

People mentioned their products are pricey but you get what you pay for - high quality and everlasting. I honestly trust the quality of their products and recently went back to the Pleasanton store and purchased a dining table set. The sales rep., Donald Bonasia customer service was the best.
