“My wife's new Motorola phone locked after a week
The message said the Sim Card was not supported. Cricket Wireless Customer Care advised me to take it into a store. I visited this location in the morning. It was before 10 am. The Google listing said they open at 9 am. They don't. They open at 10. The employee already opened the door and was setting up when I walked in before 10. He was nice enough to help me even though I entered before their hours of operation. He unlocked the phone quickly while I stepped outside for a smoke. He explained that all he had to do was to turn off the E-SIM and turn it back on. And that I could have done it myself and that Customer Care should have helped me, but they were not knowledgeable of this issue that exists with these Motorola cell phones. Thanks to the gentleman that helped me on 6/9/25. Thanks again sir! Fantastic job!! Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Keep up the good work. I recommend this store for all Cricket Wireless products and services.”
