“Fairly good experience and the techs are very nice. Last time had a screen repair, and the fix was good, but there is a small glow/ pressure spot on screen. This time, for a battery fix. The battery is reading at 100%. Still running warm but it may just be because of the iPhone. Would recommend .”

“Came to AT&T to activate some phones that I received through the mail. As soon as I walked in Miguel Greeted us and helped us right away. He had great customer service and answered every question I had. He even went above and beyond to find us phone cases and screen protectors for my kids phones. If you need assistance with any kind of service for your phones I say look for Miguel and he will take great care of you. I will definitely come back to him if I ever upgrade my phone or have any kinds of issues.”

“I came in to the store after realizing additional charges on my bill associated with a new line i did not know I had added. After chatting with customer service all weekend, I came in for assistance, just to find that nearly everything I was told by customer service was inaccurate. Ashley was very professional & did what she could to assist me during the same visit & turn this customer service nightmare completely around. She was more than accommodating & even assisted me with connecting with customer service following my return to initiate the cancellation of the extra line & get working on crediting my bill. Thank you Ashley for your dedication to service & keeping me as a happy Verizon customer.”
