“honestly best storage place ive ever used, if you need a unit just go here and stop thinking about it. the staff was super helpful from day one, helped me pick the right size and even gave me a deal on the first month, the whole place is spotless inside and out. i drove around a few other spots before this and none of them felt as safe or clean, the gates work great and ive never had any issues with my stuff or worrying about it. it was just easy, no hassle, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward which is rare these days becuase alot of places try to trick you. definately going back when i need more space and telling everyone i know.”

“Big Toy Depot is the real thing. Manager Mike is very responsive and customer oriented and on top of things. He provides really great personal service. When I picked up my van the other day I didn’t realize how dirty it would be, as I used BTD’s uncovered option. I should’ve arranged to have it washed before my arrival, a service that BTD provides. Mike had me pull it around where he personally high pressure washed it to get the bulk of the dirt and saltair off. I’ll be making an appointment to have a complete wash done later. Thanks Mike.
I only wish is that there was a way for people who take extended trips with RVs don’t have to pay for months when their vehicles are in use and not being stored. Their current set up means you have to pay a two month startup minimum whether your rig is there or not. I will still use this storage facility regardless.”

I travel from Baja to San Ysidro throughout the week & on one occasion I'd forgotten some very important shipping paperwork in Baja when I'd arrived at my storage unit. They were kind enough to print out my paperwork, no questions asked. They keep their facility clean & secured & all of the representatives & managers are readily available when you need assistance. They're very personable & easy to talk to when you stop by so I'd encourage anyone looking for a unit to stop by & check out their operation.”
