Cora sold me the mattress and she was so nice, professional, and I felt like I could trust her opinions when it came to the appliances she was selling. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.

After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.

Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“We shopped around for a Bosch over range microwave and found it at Save More Appliance and at a huge savings!! We scheduled installation which was separate. Bill, the installer, was very professional. He picked it up and did a fast and efficient job! He cleaned up and made sure all was working to our satisfaction. He hauled old microwave. We couldn’t have been more happy! Highly recommend.”

She actually was looking after the customer and mentioned a promo that would start tomorrow. Talk about great customer service. Molly is definitely a keeper. “I was there on Friday May 16th about 4:30 in the afternoon, looking for a single lever shower tub and its trim. I looked for that item even online and couldn’t find it. They didn’t have it either but the gentleman at the front desk whom I didn’t get his name, spent 12 minutes looking for it online and printed the details so I can place the order online.
How nice can a person be?
There was no money to be made for that store that day but as a Real Estate Broker they are on my referral book forever.

“Was looking for a high-end fridge to replace my old Kitchenaid built-in refrigerator. Found Alan at Outlet Home Goods who gave me a great deal on a new-in-box Sub-Zero unit. We closed the deal and had it installed a few days later. He carefully moved my old unit out and brought in the new unit. He really took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and carefully.”

“Tonight, I got home to find my downstairs bathroom flooded (we're thinking it may be related to the rain. Well, my local Home Depot shows they have 5 dehumidifiers in stock and when I go in, they tell me they know it says it online, but they don't have them. I called this location, as the next closest HD, wait to speak to a person and then get transferred to plumbing. They show they have 1 in stock, try to check the shelves, but cannot locate it. After several attempts to find a dehumidifier elsewhere, we give up for the night and start setting up fans (not very helpful - especially when you can't open the windows in the rain), and eventually I see I have a missed call and voicemail. Ken, from plumbing dept, called me back after locating the last dehumidifier in the store that was placed in a different spot than normal. Sounds silly to be so excited and grateful for a dehumidifier, but that VM was the relieving thing to hear. I called back and caught Ken right before he left for lunch and he was so kind to go pull the unit for me and have it taken to customer service before his break! I truly appreciate his customer service! He went above and beyond, not knowing the situation and just being a helpful person. I never would have expected a call back for a stock check, but tonight Ken was more helpful than he will ever know! I hope he gets recognized properly for his help. I could not leave a review on the HD site directly.”
