Avis/Budget car rental barely had a line compared to the other car rentals at this airport, and did have cars available for immediate rental. Linh was very knowledgable and got a car for me very quickly. I would use budget again when traveling to SNA.”

I received an unexpected charge for an “upgrade” I did not request or want, apparently due to a shortage of vehicles at the airport. Upon challenging the up-charge the agent said it was not possible to reverse it. Be alert for unanticipated charges when you reserve and pay for your rental online. ***
However, when I explained my experience to Dollar Car Rental through the company's Business Chat service, an agent reviewed my case and within a matter of hours I received a sincere apology and a full reimbursement of the up-charge. As a result of this positive experience I will continue to look to Dollar Car Rental as my first choice!”
“I had a great experience with Thrifty at John Wayne Airport, all thanks to Mr. Richard. Even though it wasn’t part of his job, he offered me a ride when he noticed I had three suitcases and a long walk to the departure terminal ahead of me.
