“This particular store is my favorite from the other surrounding stores I've been to!! The customer service is great! I am always treated nicely here with no problems from the staff especially when I am looking for a particular item that I saw online. The managers are very helpful and always work with me regarding items that don't show up in stock online, but I find it in the store. The jewelry section is great too! The staff are so nice and helpful. The jewelry from this store is of great quality at a great price during sales. I've bought many pieces of jewelry from this store. Love it!
Now, if there is one thing I would ask to improve on it would be to have the inventory updated in the system accurately. I do love to buy items online through the app and pick up at the store. When an item I've been watching and waiting to purchase shows up on sale and says not available in store then, I'm forced to go into the store and search for it. Sometimes I'm successful in locating the item and sometimes it's truly not available in the store. This would be a huge breakthrough if you kept your inventory updated in the system to reflect on the JCP app! Thank you, Santa Ana Staff!!????”

“I usually buy my Keracare Detangling Shampoo from Sally Beauty, but no store near me in my area had any in stock. So I used my $10 CashPass to help me since I saw JcPenney had 3 bottles in stock near me. I originally was going for one, but because I had another coupon to use, I ended up saving about 90%. My price went from a $25 purchase to a $4 one. As far as the shampoo, I’ve used KeraCare Detangling Shampoo for my hair for about 8 months now, and with Natural 4c hair it leaves my hair feeling clean, smooth, soft and moisturized. It helps to brush my hair with a detangling brush while showering and shampooing that helps keep my hair straight. I’ve noticed a significant amount of softness and growth from using this shampoo along with Keracare’s Conditioner.
JcPenney has been apart of my family for at least 30 years. From my Grandma, to my Mom and now to me. I’ve watched them evolve and grow from working there myself to shopping their selections to this day. The service, their products along with their sales/deals are more than enough to keep a loyal customer happy and coming back.

“Today we came in on a mission to find a specific item and were starting to lose hope after being told it wasn’t available. The first employee we spoke to just told us if it wasn’t on the shelf, it wasn’t in stock—fair enough, but we weren’t ready to give up yet!
Enter the absolute hero of the day: the young man working in the electronics department. He could’ve just left us hanging, but instead, he took the extra step and used his device to help us track down the item. Not only did he find it, but he also found it in the back stock—saving us from making yet another trip to our 7th Target of the day.
We didn’t catch his name, but we just wanted to shout out a big thank you to him for going above and beyond. This level of service is what keeps us coming back. Please make sure he gets recognized for his excellent customer service!”
“The store seems understaffed. The associates are usually friendly despite being overloaded. There are plenty of items and good variety. When buying clothes, shoes etc check the size of each item, misplaced items are common. The checkout queue is atrocious, at least in my last three visits, the queue time was longer than the shopping.”

“Marshall’s in Santa Ana is a great spot if you’re looking for variety and deals. They have plenty of great options across clothing, home goods, and accessories, and you can always find a good number of clearance items scattered throughout the store perfect for bargain hunters!
The store is usually well-organized, and there’s always something new to discover each visit. The only thing to keep in mind is the parking lot it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, so a little patience might be needed.
Overall, it’s a solid shopping destination if you’re in the area and looking to score some great finds at fair prices.”
“It was Christmas Eve and we needed stuff real fast. My mother-in-law was going home from rehab, and we had none of the right sized bedding for her hospital bed. Walmart had it all: XL twin sheets, grab bars, pill boxes, and a waterproof mattress pad. We were even able to find a few things that we needed for ourselves. Best of all, we got out of there quickly through self-checkout.”

“We were assisted by Talia (I hope we got her name, right). For Christmas shopping everybody’s in a hurry, but she took the time to inform us about other deals and the inventory that we might be interested in at the store. She not only suggested a brand I was looking for which is true religion that they now carry, but she walked me over to where it was! So very warm it’s hard to find that during the Christmas season, but I am so glad Macy’s hired this young lady! She even took the time to fold and provided us with gift boxes for each one of our purchases. And provided the gift return receipts. Amazing truly amazing!”
“I've been going to this Target location for a few months now, but today was different. There was Luis. I've never met anyone at this store, at this location that goes the extra mile - Luis does. My wife and I was looking for son's milk, Horizon for growing years, and Luis heard us say "they don't have it, again." He immediately jumped to help and went through the trouble of going to the back of the warehouse as he offloaded quite a few loads of milk already so he wanted to help. He could've easily just ignored our comment and presented he didn't hear us, but I noticed he was helping quite a few people that evening. This man deserves a raise, he cares. That says a lot especially with an overall store rating of 2.5. He's awesome. Thanks again, Luis. Note: writing this while waiting in the checkout line.”

“It's an old Macy's but they have lots of nice quality items. They have Backstage here which is on the 3rd floor. If you haven't been you need to visit they have more discounted items here for the whole family.”
