“I recently visited Ross Dress in Santa Ana, across from South Coast Plaza, and had an experience that truly stood out to me. After shopping, I accidentally left my purse in the store and didn’t realize it until I got home. Feeling frantic and concerned, I immediately called the store. Juana, the store manager, answered my call and instantly put me at ease with her kindness, empathy, and professionalism.
Despite the store being incredibly busy, Juana took the time to personally speak with her employees to determine if anyone had seen my bag. Her genuine concern and dedication in assisting me during such a stressful moment meant the world to me. In situations like these, you realize just how important compassionate and capable leadership is.
It feels reassuring and wonderful to know that a large, busy store like Ross is managed by someone as competent, caring, and attentive as Juana. “Very clean and stocked Walmart. Finding parking close to the store is hard to find as this Walmart is almost always crowded especially on weekends. You will almost never see an employee in the aisles to help you. The employees at the registers are very professional. Overall this is a very pleasant Walmart to shop.”

Walmart had it all: XL twin sheets, grab bars, pill boxes, and a waterproof mattress pad. We were even able to find a few things that we needed for ourselves. Best of all, we got out of there quickly through self-checkout.”

For Christmas shopping everybody’s in a hurry, but she took the time to inform us about other deals and the inventory that we might be interested in at the store. She not only suggested a brand I was looking for which is true religion that they now carry, but she walked me over to where it was! So very warm it’s hard to find that during the Christmas season, but I am so glad Macy’s hired this young lady! She even took the time to fold and provided us with gift boxes for each one of our purchases. And provided the gift return receipts. Amazing truly amazing!”

“Was looking for a high-end fridge to replace my old Kitchenaid built-in refrigerator. Found Alan at Outlet Home Goods who gave me a great deal on a new-in-box Sub-Zero unit. We closed the deal and had it installed a few days later. He carefully moved my old unit out and brought in the new unit. He really took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and carefully.”
