“Jenny helped me refresh arrangements that were old and dried out. Even though the old flowers were no longer available, she knew which current flowers would look great in our rooms in the bowls and containers that we wanted to keep. I sent her photos and she sent back her suggestions. It was hard to visualize the arrangement from single photos of flowers, but she shipped the exact right amount of flowers, leaves and moss that I would need for each arrangement, each packed beautifully and labeled for each room so I could not get confused. I had to figure out how to arrange the flowers, but with Jenny's tips and encouragement, I did it!”

“I love having World Market so close by. Every time I go in, it feels like a little trip somewhere else—sometimes back to Europe, sometimes to other parts of the world. Their chocolate and gourmet food section is my favorite, since they carry things I can’t really find anywhere else nearby. Plus, there’s a great selection of fun for the house or a quick gift when I need one. It’s one of those stores that just makes me happy to browse.”

“This is always one of my favorite hobby stores to visit. They always have a sale going on and they always have coupons. So usually their stuff is quite affordable. They have everything you could possibly want at a hobby/sewing/home decor store store. I find them much more comprehensive than they're running mate. And I will go here 99% of the time. If you haven't tried them you really have to. It's fun just to walk around and look at all the goodies.”

“I recently visited Ross Dress in Santa Ana, across from South Coast Plaza, and had an experience that truly stood out to me. After shopping, I accidentally left my purse in the store and didn’t realize it until I got home. Feeling frantic and concerned, I immediately called the store. Juana, the store manager, answered my call and instantly put me at ease with her kindness, empathy, and professionalism.
Despite the store being incredibly busy, Juana took the time to personally speak with her employees to determine if anyone had seen my bag. Her genuine concern and dedication in assisting me during such a stressful moment meant the world to me. In situations like these, you realize just how important compassionate and capable leadership is.
It feels reassuring and wonderful to know that a large, busy store like Ross is managed by someone as competent, caring, and attentive as Juana. Her professionalism stood out significantly, especially as I’ve had less positive interactions with managers at other locations in the past.
