“5 stars! I had a great experience with Public Storage on Franklin. The online rental process was super easy and convenient, and I received access immediately by email, which made moving everything in so much easier. I accidentally moved my belongings into the wrong unit, and Miriam, the property manager, called me the next day to let me know. I had tried calling customer service first to see if I could fix it without coming back to the property, but they weren’t quite sure how to handle it. Once I went into the office, Miriam took care of everything for me right away. She was professional, kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation incredibly easy to resolve. Really appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Thank you, Miriam!”

“We use Spectrum Wine to store our wine in their back lockers. I had an outstanding experience with Spectrum Wine. From start to finish, their team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. They guided me every step of the way—from moving the wine to getting it properly stored in the locker—and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and seamless. They even went above and beyond by personally helping me repackage the wine, and they did it with genuine kindness and a smile. At no point did I feel like I was asking too much. Their team was patient, organized, honest, and truly dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Spectrum Wine to anyone looking for a company they can trust. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Thank you to Trish and Valentin -RLK”

“We stored our RV here for about a month and had a great experience. Jessica, the office manager, was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get set-up. She was very responsive and flexible when we potentially needed to extend our stay. The price was also reasonable, especially for the area. We'd use this facility again if we ever need.”
