She immediately saw what my daughter needed, put her in a new pair of shoes, and *bam* issues resolved. I cannot say enough positive things about our visit. “I found these awesome Reebok's at Marshall's but sadly I got a size too big and couldn't find my actual size. So i looked up the name of it and found it on the WSS website. It actually said they had them available but when I physically went to the store i couldn't find them. I asked the employee and he was so patient and very courteous. He checked the back first but came back with a white version instead of black which is what I wanted. i tried on the white and ended up wanting it too!! But I told him that it said on the website the black was available. He couldn't find it so he offered to call other locations. The one in Santa Ana had it so he told them to hold it for me. I ended up getting the white one at this location and the black one in the other and even got a cheaper deal for doing that. Most people are such in a rush or they don't want to help so I was pleasantly surprised that he helped me and took his time to help me.”

“I bought a dress to wear to my Dad’s funeral. In my middle headed state I thought it was black but was actually navy so I needed a pair of shoes, but really wasn’t feeling it. When I walked in I told the Sales Associate, Lea about the situation and the kind of heel I needed since I would be wearing them all day and at a cemetery as well as church and at home. I didn’t want the heel to stick in the grass or the new shoes to hurt my feet.
Lea was PHENOMENAL!! She showed me several options then brought 2 sizes of the 3 I liked best. She helped me with accessorizing ideas to dress the outfit up or down and inserts to make them more comfortable for the long, hot Texas day.
I ended up buying 2 of the 3 pairs and know I will get so much use out of them both. She made me laugh and feel like myself again. I’ll go back again but I call to make sure Lea will be there first.”

“Came in to buy my son's birthday gift & was just gonna buy his sweatpants because they didn't carry the Dodgers shirt that I wanted at this location. So the girl at the register rang us up & I asked if she knew what location closest to us had it available, & she searched it up for us & let us know that we could pay for it right then & go & pick it up as well at the other location. So I was like cool, let me do that.
Glad she was very helpful & not just trying to rush us out of there. Taking your time to help out goes a long way, because if she would've been the opposite I would just never go back to that location...but I will!”
