“I always have a great experience at a Penguin store. And this location is no different. I usually come when they're not too crowded and the customer service is impeccable. There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great!I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.”

“We went to almost every store here at the Block looking for a suit (or equivalent separates) and came up zero at every one of them (common size I guess). On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. Great selection (multiple in the size we needed, versus basically none at the other stores), great prices, and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. Informative, gave great advice, and very nice. Glad we came here. Highly recommend this store and Ricardo in particular.”

“Not the lowest prices around for being a outlet I would expect prices to be even lower. I understand they have a large overhead. I think this is why their prices are almost the same as everywhere else. But we love the experience of going to the block of Orange. We did find a pair of shoes that were on clearance that I believe we. Got a excellent deal on and my daughter got almost half price of the original price. I think this is where the outlet part does come in. But if you're looking for a shoe that is near you're paying full price, nothing outlet at that time.”

“I absolutely love Carter's & this location always has the cutest things and the best prices. The store is very organized and clean with plenty of natural light which makes it very inviting. They have the boy stuff of the right and the girl stuff on the left. They also sell toys. Today I specifically came in for some boots for my 5 year old son and due to their tidiness, I found them right away. The line was pretty long but both cashiers worked very quickly and efficiently. The cashier that attended me was very nice and also helped me with my rewards program. Overall a great experience and my son loves his new boots.”

“I stopped by today and the customer service was amazing!! A girl with red streaks in her hair helped me out today. I felt bad because I went a bit overboard with how many pairs of shoes I had asked her to check a size for, but yet she never made me feel like a burden she was very happy to help and was very understanding. “I was determined to finding a specific pair of boots but my size was sold out online. I called and Zaira answered. She was absolutely so sweet. During the holidays it's hard to find great customer service but Zaira was so kind over the phone and she helped me find the boots I wanted. I had to go in store to do the purchase and when I got there she had everything ready to process the order. I received my boots in the mail a couple days later!”

“Had the best help here. I'm one of those people that find it nearly impossible to find clothes I like. However today I found the cutest sweater but couldn't seem to find it in my size. Was super bummed I wasn't able to find the color I wanted and ended up buying two other colors. I mentioned it to Jenny from the register and she went out of her way and helped me find it. (I think it was Jenny.. worst at remembering names but she did have the cutest flowery dress on!! ) anyway.. totally made my day!!! Thanks girl for helping me out!!!”
