“We went to almost every store here at the Block looking for a suit (or equivalent separates) and came up zero at every one of them (common size I guess). On our way out, saw Perry Ellis and decided to try there. Boy, do I wish we'd come here first. Great selection (multiple in the size we needed, versus basically none at the other stores), great prices, and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. Informative, gave great advice, and very nice. Glad we came here. Highly recommend this store and Ricardo in particular.”

“I came in and Willie was super nice and helpful on what I needed the most. I initially came in for iron rangers and also told him that I work in the camper van industry. he cared to listen to what I do at work to find the most suitable footwear for my purpose and also for activities beyond work so I could get, the most dynamic use out of my new pair of red wings. They also have a cool machine that can read the perfect sole fitment and purpose for your foot. I got the multipurpose sole for my shoe and it feels great in other boots as well, impressive. There was no pressure to buying the pair of shoes that I tried on but I later in the day ended up coming back to grab my pair of iron rangers. Rudy was also helpful on helping me, choose the right size for my shoe after what I thought was the right fit. Overall, I appreciate the customer service on how there was no pressure to buying the shoes I tried on but also a welcoming crew providing accurate advice on the perfect boot. Note, I can also trust Willy because he’s got some style on him. Thanks again guys will be coming back if I decide to get some different styles later on. “I love this place. Their old location was super small so when they built this spot i was so happy. I always walk out of here with new boots. Its a horrible boot addiction but they are Sooo cuteee. They have a boot stretcher and also a hat shaper. Ive brought in a couple hats to get reshaped and they have managed to do it on the spot. I will say tho their lake forest store has way more clothing selection in my opinion. I did get myself a bootbarn credit card to rack up the reward points. They get you with them reward $$$. You spend then return with $15-20 off the next purchase. This place can go from a 20 min stop to 3 hr stop. Thus far everyone has always been rather nice. They will order things online if not found on the floor or even call other locations to check if they have them in stock. This particular visit my bf left with a good western outfit”

“I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.”

“This Carter's store is located in The Outlets of Orange near the North end by Guitar Center and Dave and Busters. It has a nice layout with easy to find sizes and styles. The customer service is fantastic with a greeting to customers as they enter the store. There is always a few follow ups to see if they can assist you in any way. They have competitive pricing and lots of cute styles. They also have accessories and toys. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to start earning.”

“It's a small store so the selections were pretty low. They have some selections but nothing I wanted . The store was clean. And the sales associate, Gus, I think his name was, was very helpful and very patient with me on trying to find the right shoe for me. Unfortunately, I did not find anything to my liking. But it was a very pleasant experience thanks to the customer service of Gus.”

“Not the lowest prices around for being a outlet I would expect prices to be even lower. I understand they have a large overhead. I think this is why their prices are almost the same as everywhere else. But we love the experience of going to the block of Orange. We did find a pair of shoes that were on clearance that I believe we. Got a excellent deal on and my daughter got almost half price of the original price. I think this is where the outlet part does come in. But if you're looking for a shoe that is near you're paying full price, nothing outlet at that time.”

“Purchased shoes online for my son and they weren't just right. The Store Manager and a co-worker we're dealing with a difficult couple who insisted that the shoes they were trying to return were not worn, they were. The staff was gracious and patient with them and the couple ended up irate and taking video and pictures. The Store Manager moved from that transaction to mine. She did not let it impact my transaction. I picked a different pair and they did not have them in store and we were able to order them online and they are being shipped to our home with free shipping. We love ASICS. Great shoes, good value and wonderful customer service!”

“This review goes out for Stephanie, who was at the cash register when I purchased my son’s shoes. Provided such great customer service since the beginning, very friendly, had just a great attitude was very helpful, answered all my questions, was very patient with me. She also helped me purchase my son’s shoes online since it was not available in the store, she checked other stores for me since I needed them by Monday. She verified all my information and the size of the shoes. I’m a mom of 4 kids and money can be tight sometimes she was also kind enough to look up my information to see if I had any coupons or points and she did I had $10 of birthday coupon. Too me she literally went above and beyond. I left very happy and satisfied from the store. I don’t usually shop there but I will definitely be returning and referring my friends and family. “I always have a great experience at a Penguin store. And this location is no different. I usually come when they're not too crowded and the customer service is impeccable. There have been times when I've basically been given personal shopper like service. It was great! But even when I've been here and they're busy I am greeted upon entering and there's always someone who is quick to come over and politely ask if I need help with anything. It's great!I love Penguin clothes. I wear at least 1 piece of their clothing almost every day. And being able to go sopping in person vs online is great. I wish most of their other stores hadn't closed down over the years. But this location is always a must visit when I am in the area. They're always having sales and the inventory is always great. It's hard for me to come here & not pick up at least one thing.”
