“I came to buy some shoes on a Tuesday afternoon and these 2 girls that I forgot their names and even asked their names lol. But they helped me really good. One asked if I needed help and asked what I was looking for. I said dark colors is what I like. She said got it, and brought me 2 pairs the where really cool. I choose one went to the register. They got me good deals. I got 2 pairs of shoes, a cleaning kit, and some new laces for $120. Those girls did a good job with customer service. I really felt good energy from them.”
“This Carter's store is located in The Outlets of Orange near the North end by Guitar Center and Dave and Busters. It has a nice layout with easy to find sizes and styles. The customer service is fantastic with a greeting to customers as they enter the store. There is always a few follow ups to see if they can assist you in any way. They have competitive pricing and lots of cute styles. They also have accessories and toys. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to start earning.”

“I was at the Columbia store this morning. The store has a great selection of clothes and jackets. And most everything is on sale. There a lot of items at 50 percent off so its a good time to shop there. Make sure you go there in before noon because the parking lot fills up quickly. The sales people are courteous, respectful, and friendly. I love shopping there. If you sign up with Cokumbia, you will accumulate discounts.”

“I come here when I need well-made shoes that are going to last a long time. With that said, I don't come here very often. Today, I went looking for boots. And I was not disappointed. I found two styles that were really nice. I was the only one in the store and the staff there was very accommodating. They checked my foot size. They assisted with putting the shoes on and off. They went into the back and got the right size for me and were able to order the correct size and color of style that I wanted. I find their customer service excellent. I know others here have said the staff has been rude. I did not have that experience.”

“As a chef, I spend 10–11 hours a day on my feet, which has caused significant foot pain. I decided it was time to invest in a new pair of shoes and visited SAS Shoes in Tustin.
Jonathan provided outstanding service—he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about meeting my needs. He took the time to explain the features of their shoes and even offered to check other branches for the specific model I was interested in, which wasn’t available at the time. Ultimately, I chose a pair from their in-store selection because of the exceptional customer experience he provided.
Jonathan is the kind of employee who builds customer loyalty to a brand.
As for the shoes, they’re excellent so far, but I’ll need more time to evaluate their long-term comfort and durability. For now, my feet feel great!”
“Walked in with 3 specific boots in mind to try on. Willie helped me out and was very accommodating with my needs. “An ECCO outlet location at Orange Outlets with lots of selections. Once I tried on their shoes few years ago, I couldn't wear anything else as they are so comfortable.”
“We drive an hour to shop at this location. We have a good relationship with some of the staff that have helped us over the years. They have provided excellent customer service except for Nancy. She always fails to provide the true meaning of customer service.
I am going to share my experience tonight. I came in and shopped at the 75% off rack. I took a few pieces to the register to have a nice young Asian lady give me purchase prices. Then I took them to the dressing and chose a sweater to purchase. Nancy helped us at the register. She ripped off the 75% off sale sticker, said out loud to the other cashiers it was not on sale. It was a total embarrassment. My husband was going to purchase it anyway but I was so upset at Nancy that we just left out of sheer embarrassment. We have spent so much money at this store. With her attitude, unfriendly face, never going above and beyond to help out a customer she is going to cost the company to lose customers. We decided to go to Gavin the manager and explain what happened. He listened, and without hesitation he honored the sale ticket. He knows the true meaning of excellent customer. He kept a customer for the company. I never ever want Nancy to assist us again! Thank you again Gavin.”
