Very pleasant and easy to work with. I came in and had a couple large items to ship out as well as a return package. It is smaller than a regular USPS office so expect a longer wait. The staff there were busy and did make the process streamlined as quickly as humanly can. Will be back!

I don't know if all UPS are this slow but plan to wait a while for service. You can easily wait 15 minutes just to drop off a package. This is probably because they only have one person on staff a good portion of the time. The people there aren't exceptionally friendly but they get the job done.
