“Our 23 foot Winnebago RV was not factory equipped with a digital rearview mirror, requiring us to rely solely on side mirrors. Alan and Luis at SB Auto Stereo & Wireless installed a digital rearview mirror that greatly enhanced our safety with a clear view behind us. The installation looked at though the digital mirror had been installed at the factory, with all wiring carefully hidden from view. When we experienced an issue with the mirror (not the installation), Alan worked with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement product under warranty and Luis quickly installed the new digital mirror. The replacement mirror continues to provide us with a clear rear view, day or night. Excellent service and follow up. Highly recommended.”

I’m a licensed healthcare professional who originally came to this Apple Store to explore Apple’s new live translation feature — a groundbreaking tool that can help doctors and patients communicate more effectively across language barriers.
My first visit was admittedly disappointing, but when I decided to give Apple another chance, everything changed for the better — thanks to two remarkable employees.
Rafael went above and beyond to personally assist me. He spoke in his native Portuguese while I spoke in English, allowing us to authentically test the live translation feature just as I plan to use it with my Spanish-speaking patients — since traditional translator services rarely work as smoothly as they should in real-world medical settings. His professionalism, empathy, and genuine curiosity made the experience both educational and inspiring.
Then, I attended a Today at Apple class taught by Joshua, and it was truly transformative. His enthusiasm, clarity, and teaching skill reignited my excitement about what Apple technology can do to make healthcare more inclusive, effective, and human-centered.
Together, Rafael and Joshua perfectly embody Apple’s values of innovation, inclusion, and connection. What began as a frustrating experience ultimately became one of the most meaningful and uplifting encounters I’ve had as a customer — and as a clinician.

“GREAT SERVICE! I went in to switch out of TMOBILE 5G Home internet. The internet service was unreliable at best. Cox asked if I wanted to add a free line and I said No! I did not appreciate extra add-ons and fees! JUST INTERNET!
Once my internet plan was set, I calmed down and listened to their offers. The calmly told me the details and I was sold. Cox is part of the Verizon network and provided me with UNLIMITED cell service for only $2 a month for a year! Plus I'm getting 300 Mbps and can cancel any time- $55 a month.
The customer support was great. Store had close to 10 employees on a Saturday willing to be helpful. I was attended by Erick, Juan, and a bunch of other people just willing to be useful.
I am sorry i went in with a bad attitude- thanks to reading too many negative reviews.. Only to be received by friendly staff.”

Sure enough, all it needed was a cleaning and the guy at iProtech had my phone working perfectly again after 10 minutes! I will absolutely be back next time I have a phone issue.”
