“Had an amazing experience shopping for a massage chair here. Aaron was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy — he spent a long time helping us try different models and really understand the differences between brands and massage styles.

We ended up choosing the Positive Posture DualTech Pro AI 4D, and honestly it exceeded expectations. The “Chinese Massage” program quite impressive to me— full body from shoulders to calves, and the leg/foot massage especially feels amazing after a long day walking around. The hip and thigh massage was also much better than most chairs we tested.

What impressed me most is that it combines strong massage performance with modern tech features and a more refined feel compared to some traditional Japanese chairs. The pressure is deep enough to feel effective, but never painfully aggressive.

The chair itself also looks beautiful in person — the black + wood-tone design looks classic and modern. Delivery, installation, and the extended onsite warranty gave us a lot of peace of mind too.

“Wow, what a company. I met these guys in Costco. Their claims seemed too good to be true and they couldn't answer all my questions. So I went to the showroom. I was floored. Seriously, so impressed with the sales staff and the showroom. I had them configure and reconfigure the model couch at least a dozen times. They all answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to save money. When the smoke cleared I got 35% off my purchase and got the best couch I have ever sat in. It is kinda weird getting it in FedEx. When I got my couch, their truck was full of LoveSac couches. The driver is all "I get a ton of these". But after I unboxed it and put it tougher, I am amazed. The sound system is the best I have ever purchased. I can literally feel the sound when I turn it on. It emanates from all around me. Then I realized I needed more couch. No problem, I got a new quote with the same discount.”

“We got great service from Linh at Eurohaus. I had looked for a year or more at modern sofas at the SF Design Center and SF showrooms for high-end custom furniture companies. I figured the furniture scene on the Peninsula was inferior so I didn't even look locally.

When a neighbor bought some beautiful furniture from Eurohaus I thought, why not? Oh, my! I had wasted my time and gas going to SF.

We found a wonderful selection, lots of styles, fabrics, leathers and makers. The Italian-made sofas we ordered took 6 months to arrive, but it was worth the wait. They're beautiful, super comfy and I think the fabric might even be cat resistant! (Time will tell, but I'm optimistic.)

The delivery was excellent, and the delivery men took great care checking the 2 sofas out from every angle. They noticed a small issue with some of the hardware, and returned the next day with parts and tools.

“On Dec 19th I placed an online order and never received a confirmation that my items were ready to pick up, so I went to the store and grabbed the stuff instead of waiting. Spoke to the manager and was told to cancel my online irder and just pay for it at check out. She walked me through how to do it on my phone and yea it was an inconvenience but I got most of my items. The manager did also apologize “glitch in the system”, but today I get an email for e-gift card. Y’all didn’t have too, but you did and that deserves a 5 star review.
