I had a wonderful experience. Iuliia was fantastic. She was able to track down and bring to the store a hand bag in a specific color that was hard to find. She was a great communicator and very sweet to work with. I look forward to more transactions with her.

Buying my first Prada bag here, my experience was so lovely! they helped me with everything, offered me mineral water from Italy while I waited 30 minutes on my bank to approve my $2k+ purse purchase, they were patient and wrapped everything so nice for me.
