“Please don't compare this store to Costco. There is no comparison. It is a different business model that does NOT require a purchased membership in order to have access to bulk items. It is very convenient and nice to have the ability to get bigger items without having to worry about that.
Secondly, the prices are GOING to be higher as again-They do not charge you monthly just to access the products they sell. While Costco does. Ultimately you ARE paying more attention Costco.
Just sayin. U.S Foods Chef store is GREAT”
“Street Overnight Parking Is Fine/You can ignore 1 hour parking. The receiving office told me.
I arrived at 9am for my 12pm appointment.
Parked on the street, walked around back of Pitco and checked in with the receiving office. They said I’m very early for appointment and also since I have only 3 pallets to unload they will do their best to get me ASAP.
BEWARE: THE DOCKING AREA IS SMALL, WATCH HOW YOU MANEUVER!
11am, I got a call for dock door. Open trailer
doors, optional to slide tandems to rear, back into door. 11:30am, office worker came and handed me back my bills and I was out.”

“I love going here and always have to keep myself from overspending when I visit. Good products at good prices as long as you're careful to be sure to use the large amounts before expiration. My only problem was that my wife and I saw a great deal on a Thompson sofa set instore, but they wouldn't deliver it. The woman at the customer service desk told us we couldn't buy it online, but it wasn't at the same sale price when we checked. Otherwise, a great store.”

Prices are so much more affordable here. Try to plan to buy your items when they're on sale so that you can get the best price possible. Their return service is one of the best available; Especially when you need to shop for big items such as a mattress or couch, you dont have to worry about what if it's not the right one for you and deal with the return by yourself - they take care of it professionally. Not to mention that all the stores are always clean and spacious. When I am not so busy, I love to go around the store to find something new or interesting to try. More asian products have been added such as fish sauce and dried guava and many more.”

“I needed to order some ionizers to protect high voltage static sensitive devices, and I was referred to my local distributor Bench-Tek Solutions from the manufacturer. They were able to quote the same day as my request, and delivery was in about a week. Unfortunately two of the ionizers were damaged in transit, with the LED's coming loose and being stuck inside the unit. I got a hold of Ha Phung, the customer service manager, and he had someone come by and pick up the units the same day, and got them repaired and delivered back the next day. Thanks to their speedy service we had very little down time.”
