“I stopped by this Vans store inside Valencia Mall to look at their skateboard selections. They had some nice board on display and I also checked out some shoes as well. The customer service here was great.”
“My wife and I stopped by this Loft store while we were inside Valencia mall. My wife shop at this store so she wanted to see what they have. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We told her that we were just browsing so she left us be. My wife went to look at their sales rack to see if anything stand out to her but none did. The store is a decent size and they had a bigger sales section at this store.”

“First time discovering "Surprise" clothing I was waiting for Charcoal BBQ next door. Popped in for a second then needed to leave since my party was called for seating. Thought to myself, I'll be back. Second time came with my daughter, she picked out a cute night set. I grabbed some eye lashes. This is a pretty tradition Korean clothing spot. Like fashion Q, forever 21, Boomy, LUV, etc...Recommend for simple cute fun outfits. Date night, kids first day of school. They have variety of options, anyone who complains cheap clothing. This is the same shit as any other place. If you're looking for high end quality goto Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom or a luxury brand. Third time I had came in today. Just for some lashes. I was greeted right away, looked around. The employee today helped me out so much. Had asked her on her opinion, on multiple things. Felt like she was being honest, which is a plus for me. I was more bothering her, they have no problem giving you your space here so you can roam freely. Walked out with " eye lashes of course, few shirts and some jeans. Customer service was great so I'm okay drive out this way for just " eye lashes" again. Next time I'll get her name, if you see this thank you again for all of your help! You're amazing and Surprise is lucky to have someone like you.”

“This place is stacked with a variety of clothes in my opinion, I’m 20 YO, but even my dad liked the clothes here. I don’t know why people say it’s expensive the prices are good. I recommend coming here. The girls in the front are nice too.”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.”
