“Been coming here for years. In the past the clothing colors were like prison colors. But I went by to get some undies and the clothings are now bursting with color. The place is clean and well managed. I love the old school sewing machine that greets you at the door. I have a singer that is about 80 years old; so I like them old, they made them so pretty. The owner, Mr Dash; a sweet, insightful, kind man; listened to me draw on about tRumpTurd. Found him easy to talk to and will be back to ungraded my wardrobe. I like hemp as it does the least destruction to the earth. Buy local folks. Its good for our economy. Eschew big box stores and help the little owners still recovering from the Pandemic. And avoid Amazon as bozo, the richest man on the earth who refused to put part time workers on health insurance then dipped into their paycheck to steal. If you are a union person, due boycott Amazon. Theft. Amazon concluded a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission Tuesday to pay a total of $61.7 million that it had taken out of drivers' paychecks over a two-and-a-half-year period, from 2016 to 2019. The only reason it stopped stealing from workers was because it got wind that the government was investigating.Feb 3, 2021 Amazon stole $62 million of tips from delivery drivers People's World SHOP LOCAL. “This is a fun place to drive by and check out their window display. In fact, I need to be careful that I don't go too slow and have somebody hit my car while checking out their pretty stuff in their window. So, I decided to go inside and check out what they have these days. There's a lot of eye candy in their shop. Besides new items, they also have gently used. What they have to offer doesn't look like it comes from a box store. They have clothing for men and women. There's a nice selection of cowboy and cowgirl boots. The store has a southwestern feel to it. Besides clothing, they have bolos and earrings too. I love their soft, fringed leather bags. I talked with the owner, who was very friendly. She has had the store for over a decade. There is parking on the street.”

They Constantly get new apparel in all the time. And its always top notch. I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. “I got some cool men's shorts here! In an ideal world I'd be able to call up a surf shop like this or the smaller ones before a surf trip to Mexico and instead of bikini bottoms there'd be an array of women's surf leggings to protect me from board rash. And lots of rash guards and none of the women's clothing would have any floral prints or pink that would make me look extra basic. There would be bikini tops with clasps and adjustable straps and surf hats to protect me from the sun. I wouldn't have to go on Amazon and mix and match. That being said their women's marketing team is making their stuff less gross unlike the ONeill women's team which believes women should look like they give massages to Epstein (just kidding) and literally should never have fun. Ideally this store would also feature really muscular female surfer models and there would be clothes I could actually wear around the Bay Area for months that aren't four hot days in September. They'd also have tons of cool women surfing short boards and burning bikinis in a bonfire and men would surf in Speedo's but that's the next step of the revolution”

“I haven't had the opportunity to shop in the store but I have received a gift or two from here. They have some really awesome lids, some that are custom pieces even. It is nice too that they offer extended sizes, tall sizes too. I used to live in Santa Cruz and miss it terribly. This store gives me another reason to go back and visit. I'd love to check it out and see what else they have to offer. Pretty cool!”

“There are usually a group of items on a sale rack outside with some pretty good discounts. Sometimes you see the same items on the rack if you return after a few weeks. The store is convenient to go to when you are at the beach, and they have a nice selection of different brands of clothing, with many different choices--shirts,hoodies and more--that say Santa Cruz on them ( the city, not the company). A lot of the designs are really attractive. The sales staff is considerate enough to remind you that sale items are final sale. Overall a pleasant place to shop.”
