“I really love this store and the owner, Tashi is such a sterling person. They're from Nepal. There's fountains flowings, bronze statues holding money, incense burning, chimes chiming, gems sparkling, and all kinds of awesome goods at very reasonable prices. The whole scene in this store is warm and euphoric. Its a small business and a pefect gift shop. In the back they have all these super cute cotton boho clothes. I got a hemp backpack, a tapestry, some bracelets and a lot of other things from here. It all has held up well over time and looks just lovely. They have dried bodhi tree leaves there too, I have one framed. The Bodhi tree is the tree where Buddha attained enlightenment, I think?”

The staff was younger than some of my teeth fillings, but they were very competent. (It's hard to find good employees anywhere yet I was well taken care of.) I wasn’t expecting to find so much I liked, but the store looked great was easy to shop had a nice sale selection, and excellent service. They do have a lot of employees and they don’t like you carrying around your merchandise, but that’s how they have to be in downtown Santa Cruz. I have been there before so I’m used to that, and appreciate the level of service. Love what I got and shopping small and local it is so nice that they are available to the community.
