“I had a fantastic experience getting my Open Water certification at Aqua Safaris! My instructors (Boomer, Nani and Dan) were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our safety. They made sure every student actually learned the skills instead of just checking off the requirements to earn a certification. They were also very understanding and flexible when students needed to make up missed classes. I left the course feeling confident and well prepared. I would absolutely recommend Aqua Safaris to anyone interested in learning to scuba dive!”

“This place quickly found a way to address multiple unexpected issues. They handled everything perfectly.
I ordered some juggling equipment online, because they offered a great competitive rate for the quick shipping I was looking for (I needed them for an event). After placing the order, I contacted them via email to see if I could expedite the shipping, and they quickly presented me with an affordable shipping upgrade.
The package arrived and was brought sealed to the event, but when I opened it, I discovered that a different variation of the equipment had been sent. It was good equipment, but unusable for the purpose I needed.
I contacted the shop after the event and they apologized and offered to send out the correct equipment, or to have a refund. I still wanted the equipment I ordered, they sent it out immediately with a tracking number, and then it was delayed by the postal service long enough that I contacted USPS and the shop. Both got back to me quickly, the package was eventually found and delivered, and these sticks are perfect for what I need.
Overall I am very happy with their customer service, their products, and their shipping options - despite having been set up for frustrations. I'll definitely shop here again.”

“Great deals to be had at the Santa Cruz Warriors team store. Once a season, deals with Rakuten where if you buy $50 you get a free jacket. This compared to $75 deal with the GS Warriors but a different cool jacket too…. Both great deals! Don’t forget to see a basketball game. The organization is top class with fair prices and GREAT promotional giveaways. The atmosphere is electric . If I lived closer I’d be a season ticket holder but 8-10 games a year and one playoffs”

The person that helped me pick a shoe had personal experience with each one, and asked me really smart questions about the sort of running I do, the miles, the type of workouts, etc. in order to find something that would meet my needs. The new owner made it clear that they're really motivated to become a running community hub and work to meet the needs of area runners.”
