“I was running late for an appointment and found my Highlander would not start. I Googled a towing service and Banana Tow showed up closest to me so I called them.
They said they could be there in 15 minutes and actually got there sooner. Gustavo showed up and was very clean and neat.
He jumped the battery and got the vehicle started but then he also took the time to realize that my battery cable was actually loose so he tightened it and cleaned some dirt off of it so that I would have a better connection.
I didn't ask for any of these extra services they just took the time to identify a way to help me out excellent company excellent service we'll certainly use them again if I need to.
It was very quick and reasonably priced and I was able to get on my way fast.”

“Being stuck on the side of road sucks and is never a good thing. Having to tow your car definitely adds to it. Having a great tow truck drivers like Charles and Andy always makes it easier. Charles had a great attitude and was very careful with his job and my car. I immediately felt less stressed once he was there and I appreciate everything that he and Smitty's towing did. I was stuck on the Cuesta grade originally before getting towed by Charles in pretty dangerous spot. Another Smitty's driver Andy showed up randomly passing by to tow me to safer location for Charles to pick me up, which is another good example of where these guys heart is. Gloria was a great help too over the phone and was patient with everything. Great Job!”

“Just had my 1997 Lexus 300ES driver side view mirror painted. As old as the vehicle is, the paint had been chipping away on my side view mirrors. I bought a brand new one for the right side not long ago. I recently went and got estimates to have my driver side mirror painted and I was surprised at how much these estimates were. Went into Gold Coast Collision as I had been there before and their estimate was much more affordable and reasonable for me. I would have had them paint my passenger side mirror if I would have known the cost.
Beautiful job and the cost of having it painted at a lower cost did not jeopardize or compromise the quality of the work. Thank you Victor and Sandy and staff for your service. ?”
