“Went to another shop and they were going to charge me $165 for labor to install a battery. Orcutt 76 did it for much less! I also get my oil changes here. Great business!”

“Best prices in town. It's Calif.,so they are still too high, but that is not their fault. The long lines go fast, so don't fret while you're there. No one moves customers like Costco. ?”

“Only 5.09/ gallon! Even Arco is higher now that they brought back credit cards. Which they got rid of in the late 70s to save them money & give the consumer better gas prices thus higher sales.”

“Currently experiencing low quality customer service and negative attitude from an employee who didn't want to help me purchase the item I needed. My friend was shopping and asked an associate if they could grab an item off a pallet for them. The associate replied that they did not have the item in stock even though my friend pointed out that the item was on the higher shelf. The employee repeated that they do not have the item available on the floor. After hearing my friend's attempt to get help I then roamed the store looking for an employee who would help me. After finding what seemed to be a supervisor, I received the help I needed after the first associate came back to check the isle again, even though the other supervisor and I found it. He walked the isle and still did not see it until I pointed it out again. Once he came back with the lift to get the pallet the employee then continued to make remarks to his colleague that defended his poor attempt at stocking the shelves. Still leaving 5 stars to not spread anymore negativity but this employee needs to practice their service skills. They did apologize once he handed me the product I asked for but it shouldn't have taken us 20 minutes to get the item or service my friend politely asked for.”

“Needed gas, way low, decided to stop at first station I saw. Pulled into the Chevron across the street, gas was $5.09 gallon, are you kidding me!Thankfully I looked across the street at this Shell. Gas was almost 60 cents a gallon less. I drove across the street to this Shell and filled up, thank you Shell. Clean station with mini store inside.”

“Best car wash gas station in town they come to your car and pump your gas for you and the workers on site have a great work ethic and are always a joy to see I love coming to see yall !!!!!!!!”

“It's convenient. The prices are the best in town, also earning 10¢ off of gas when you use your rewards card/number. Very hard to find great parking. Nothing wrong with a little walking. Although the chance of getting run over by passing cars when entering or exiting the store is a bummer. Stay alert and hold your kids close.”

“I don't really use the gas station. I go to the garage side and have for several years. Jerry and Brian are great to deal with. Jerry is a very good mechanic and I would highly recommend him.”

“I have been following Costco every town where I have time to shop. This one came up in the mid trip between greater Los Angeles to the San Francisco. I love the fact that it has gasoline pumps on site, it also has its unique specialty. Believe it or not Costco caters the local population & ethnicities. One time I found in this place a Japanese green tea below regular price elsewhere! This time I found Calrose rice. Costco limits this rice to where it deems more rice consumed area. Other brands of rice will be substituted for this brand based on what ethnicity lives in the area. I like the challenge to discover what each Costco will provide to its local population. So, next time if you happen to be in a Costco, try to play the game of discovery to find the exotic foods & unique items to specific geography while enjoying your saving that Costco will provide you on your bulk-shopping. Cha-ching, there goes your money out of your wallet!”

“Upon leaving Solvang, the car needed gas for the trip back to San Diego. This USA station was on the way to HWY 101, and had good prices, and no line. The giant American flag was also hard to resist.Got gassed up pronto, and resumed the journey. Will stop here again if in the area.”

“Thee guys that work this place are always smiling and courteous. I'd get gas here all the time if it wasn't right on the 101. Being right on the highway it is more expensive. But it is worth it when CostCo gas station is full of people.”

“I used to work there I don’t know if any of my former coworkers or my former boss still work there but I enjoyed working there and with those people so these five stars are for them”

“Overall decently priced for the area. Friendly staff inside and maintenance crews. Would have given a five-star run for the experience with a car wash. There's supposed to be a Car Wash attendant and there appear to be no one there. Then a guy showed up had to take the receipt to manually enter it, which was hassle. I got a partial pre-clean which was poor, since the guy who was the attendant also was the cleaner as you enter. The car wash itself wasn't anything to write home about either, but I got .10 cents off a gal. In short, just use the gas pump and I wouldn't recommend the car wash.”

“Heading home and needing gas, I exit the 101 and head away from it trying to find something less than $4.29+ per gallon at the stations next to Hwy. A mile or so down Main Street (really!) I see this VERY no name brand station and stop there, because honestly it was "only" $3.89 a gallon. I fill up, take a couple snaps and get back on the road. Sure it's a brand I have NEVER heard of, but I made it home and my truck still starts and runs, so it couldn't be that bad!”

“I had my empty propane tank filled here with ease. Before going, I called and the gal that answered was quiet voiced so I didn't quite catch what she said and asked if she could repeat it for me one more time and she got snippy a little bit (lol) and sarcastically yelled into the phone. "$4.99 A POUND!!!!!" she yelled. But when I got there soon after, (it was a quiet day with few other activity and customers) she knew it was me that called and was pleasant. I think she saw that she might have overreacted a little bit and cooled down.Ok, no problem. The process itself was easy. I went in to see her, asked for propane, and she said she would be right out to dispense it.She did, then handed me a receipt, I went in to pay, came back out, showed her the receipt and I was on my way.No fuss, muss.$24.41 to fill a completely empty standard size 37lb tank.Convenient location. Would happily go back to refill again.”

“Review Update: The next time that I went to this Arco Gas Station (for petrol), the Arco manager; "Sharif", immediately came out to meet me, introduced himself (he said that he had been watching for me) to "apologize and make up for" what had "negatively transpired and caused me 'troubles' on my previous visit." He said that the "problems" had been "corrected" and would stay "corrected" (or else) and gave me a receipt for a "free; top of the line car wash."I appreciate the fact that he did so, for in doing so he not only demonstrated that Arco "valued my 'truthful' reviewer information", but that they also "valued my status as a customer." As of this posting, this Arco Gas Station has and is "really working to step up their level and quality" of "customer service and equipment maintenance."”

“I have to gas up and wash my van a couple times a month, this location is pretty decent for location and price is not that expensive compared to other Mobil stations. The best part of this place on what I like is the car wash. I usually get the works about $8.00, it does a decent job and doesn't malfunction like other locations I've been to. I get my car washes from Lompoc to Paso Robles and this place is the best. The club is if you get 5 washes, then you get a free one. Customer service has been good to me, they don't question me they just verify the wash and mark your card or receipt. So if you need car or van wash this is the place, no scratches yet, been coming here for 5 years.”
