They hire the laziest delivery men, every time I use their delivery system it’s returned. I’ve tried having it delivered to me they don’t even attempt to deliver it …. This is tax payers money wasted …. We need to privatize

Trying to call because my friend hasn't gotten the letter in over a week and the worthless stupid answering machine keeps dragging me around in circles without ever putting me through to an agent! I hate this so called technology!
