“I’ve been a Road Runner member for years, and I couldn’t be happier with their rewards and points system—it really adds value to every purchase. One of the things I love most is their in-store foot scan technology. They scan your feet and keep a detailed profile of your foot anatomy, which makes it so easy to find the right shoes that truly fit your needs. They even track the shoes purchased under my account, including those bought by friends and family, which is incredibly helpful when returning for the same perfect fit.
The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I recently brought a friend in, and she was so happy with her new shoes, they’re comfortable, supportive, and have already encouraged her to move more and even start running again.
For anyone dealing with foot, ankle, or back issues, Road Runner can be life-changing. The right shoes make all the difference, and this is the place to find them.

I ordered online without doing a proper fitting check (highly recommend) which caused me to have bad measurements and to freak out, but Maddy was able to provide excellent service and fix everything from my previous order and get me set with a new order with the correct measurements. “I don’t usually post reviews but I had such a great experience here. Jane and Marilyn were so sweet to me - and Jane has a fantastic eye. I came in looking for a quarter zip and left with a bunch of fun sweaters, a button down that doesn’t gape over my tatas (!!!!!), a knit jacket, and a unique purse that I can’t wait to use everyday. And I got to pet Ollie! Who is adorable and a wonderful little doggo. Just a warm, affirming, and comfortable experience - thanks, Jane and Marilyn!”

“On a recent visit to to the west coast, I decided to stop by Berry Lee for a pair of canvas sneakers with arch support. I remembered stopping by years ago and the owners were helpful, so it was the first store I thought of. The owners were just as nice as back then and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and as I had researched the brand beforehand, the price was fair. My friend also bought a pair of sandals which she said were very comfortable and she wears often. The store may be a little cluttered, but the owners are great at finding what you need.”
“I always have an amazing experience when I visit the Undefeated store. Frank and the staff there have a positive attitude and alwayz good vibez , which makes shopping there a pleasure every time. “I have to admit: I live in LA for 14 years, and never heard about this store.I am visiting the Santa Monica area once in 2-3 months, specially the 3rd St. promenade, but didn't notice this store.Last week I had a guest from the UK, and she was the one who noticed the store, while we were there on Saturday. Apparently, she is familiar with their clothes, and love them from London.The moment we entered the store, we were greeted by Chris with a very warm welcoming. He helped my friend, and 2 other customers at the same time, with the BEST customer service I have ever seen. He was so kind, happy, nice , helpful, with an exact eye for sizes and designs. He new in a minute which size my friend needs, and the same for the other 2 customers. "juggling" between all the 3 of them, bringing them everything they wanted, suggested new items (in the exact size), helping all of us checking out , and all of that, with a big smile and a warm heart. What an amazing experience!My friend ended up buying a few items, and so did the other 2.Because he told us he is the manager in Pacific Palisades, we drove there on Monday :-) to check the store over there, before my friend headed back to London.I must say - every business owner who has such a loyal employee, is blessed.Chris is definitely working in the store like it was his.Thank you Chris. “I love to shop and I really dig Ruti. The clothing is contemporary quality. The fabrics are incredible. They focus on machine washable! Yes! And their clothes are catered to those who travel so think limited wrinkle fabrics. They have tons of amazing basics, quality knits and also some dresses. I have a gorgeous, black lace casual dress from them and also work slacks. Great, broad range of selections. Try things on though - the hanger appeal is not always there but when you put on the pieces, it's when it starts to work and you see and experts flattery magic. They also design for layers which in SoCal is key. I love their cuts and quality. They also have seasonal colors. I highly recommend this designer. Their sales people are very attentive and helpful. I always am impressed by their attentiveness.”
“Staff are reasonably helpful but make it hard for the customer to hear them as all communication is done in a low mutter. If you are looking for a limited selection of Adidas, Nike and Asics this is the store for you. Fitting room is pretty much in the stock room. This is apparently fine but if you put a foot behind the counter to try to hear what is being said the dude acts like you've tried to steal the nuclear codes.”

“I've shopped the brand online and in store for several years, I love it :) Amazing the staff hasn't changed much over the years which speaks volumes about a brand in the retail world. I always find the staff helpful and can count on all of them for honest fit advice. They also help in finding items that are sold out in store, ALWAYS. I think sometimes people have bad days and that store gets bananas over the weekend so good to have patience... it's only clothes after all.”

“On December 12, Me and my girlfriend came to this store at closing time and despite the fact that we were not immediately able to choose the right size, the staff was polite and attentive. I want to thank all the guys who worked that shift, I felt a little awkward as it's not good to come in at the end of the day and have a fitting...
