“Been here many times. This last trip I went in with break issues. I told them I was sure there was something wrong and was prepared for the worst. Practically doing everything shy of begging them to price gouge me. In the end, my breaks were fine and they didn’t recommend any work. Another shop may have gone ahead with a costly brake job I didn’t need. Instead they have integrity. I really appreciate them. On the off chance they missed something and I die in a fiery crash because my brakes failed, I’ll rely on my family to amend this review. ?”

“I made a visit to Crash Champions, unscheduled, after hitting a deer on the coast the night before. Lucky for me I regained control of the car, luckily the damage included a bumper that separated by about 1/8 inch and two missing sensors and covers. Ever at CC took a look and we surmised that the sensors were still behind the bumper as they were going OFF on my trip down to Santa Rosa from the coast. He was quite busy but out of concern that we might loose the sensors if I tried to return another day he had it brought into the garage immediately.
Lucky for me the bumper is warranty work from two years ago. Also lucky for me I realized three weeks ago when the car was in a foreign car show that the bumper had separated by 1/16 inch and it was on my mind to come back in. Also lucky for me I was told repair work guaranteed for a lifetime. After being in the garage for a short period of time the guys were able to replace the sensors back in place. Unfortunately the bumper pin being broken left me a decision to live with a separated gap of 1/8 or buy a new bumper. At this time I will live with it but will definitely get it replaced before the next car show.
Let’s say no one should ever have to experience an accident but this one was so lucky because I had Ever and Crash Champions there by my side to get me back on the road repaired as quickly as possible. They work magic and I am truly grateful for companies like CC and good people like Ever and friendly front desk staff.”

“By far the best body shop in Sonoma county. I took my 2024 Ram here after getting some damage to the front end of my truck. I took my truck in and after dealing with insurance they started the work. There were a few hiccups on the first pick up. But Randy assured me they would make things right once I bring the truck back for the rest of the insurance work. “A friend has a 16-yaer old Toyota SUV in excellent mechanical condition that performs very well. Unfortunately, it recently suffered three separate mishaps that resulted in obvious body damage to both sides, the rear bumper and rear door. Not wanting to spend twice the value of the vehicle to repair it, as was quoted by several local body shops, my friend asked for a recommendation for a facility that would 'work' within her cost parameters. Lazzini's Auto Body performed work for me on two previous occasions when my vehicle was damaged in a couple of hit-an-run incidents. I was very pleased with the repair work they did, so it was an easy ask.Ricky remembered me from the previous experiences. When I explained the situation, he was able to suggest an affordable restorative repair approach that fell within my friend's budget. He also explained that, should an insurance settlement have been in play, there were alternate approaches possible at a much higher cost, but that it wasn't practical or necessary given that there was no frame damage. Ricky's recommendation was exactly what we were seeking. My friend also wanted the hood repainted due to peeling paint and Ricky was able to offer a great price to do that at the same time as the other work. It was agreed that we would leave the vehicle for a week, since some new parts were required that would have to be ordered. Given my past experience, I had no concern about the time required, knowing that Ricky's judgement was good.In the final phase, delivery of an ordered part was delayed, requiring an additional day to complete the job, which was fine. It wasn't Lizzini's fault. When we arrived the next day we discovered that, in addition to the agreed upon work, Ricky also had the technician repaint the roof and do some additional body painting and blending to improve the overall appearance.The rear door spare tire enclosure was repainted and the entire body was polished the entire body - even polished the headlight lenses. The vehicle had been completely washed and the interior was cleaned. In short, it gleamed. My friend's vehicle looked almost showroom new. The extra work was performed at no additional charge beyond what was originally agreed. To say the least, my friend was over the moon ecstatic. She said that, when she drove away from Lazzini's Auto Body, she felt like she did when she drove the then-new vehicle off the Toyota dealer's lot 16 years.I can highly recommend Lazzini's Auto Body and Ricky Rodriguez, its manager. Theirs is the kind of exemplary service you'd expect from a long-time, local Santa Rosa business owned and managed by your neighbors. Although they work out of a modest facility, don't let that deter you. Their work is top drawer and they pass along the savings afforded by their lower overhead to their customers.
