Don’t try calling to ask a question. (And I mean a legit question that only a local branch can offer.) You will listen to long recorded messages and phone options. Then the phone will ring and the message is (effectively), “We are too busy to answer your call. Call another time. Goodbye.” And then the phone goes dead.
