“Hidden gem of Santa Rosa. Prices are better than everywhere else. The staff are extremely friendly and answer questions. Cannot believe it took me this long to find it. I will now buying all of my produce here!”
“Absolutely enjoy this chain of gourmet and interesting treats. Good location as always busy...Good luck with the parking lot!
The appetizer choices along with my favorite dark chocolate covered cherries and ginger! Awesome! Good selection of wine and assorted alcohol choices. Overall a great store. Enjoy!”
“Nice little mom & pop / family store, prices look average
Deli is great
Everyone I have interacted with here is nice and friendly with a small town feel
Love it”
“"5 stars! I recently grabbed a Boar's Head sandwich from the deli counter at El Torito Supermarket, and it was LOVE AT FIRST BITE! The meat was freshly sliced, the bread was soft, and the veggies were crisp. The staff assembled it with care and added just the right amount of mayo and mustard. It was a perfect combination of flavors and textures. I'm still dreaming about it! If you're a sandwich lover like me, do yourself a favor and swing by El Torito's deli counter. Your taste buds will thank you!"”
“Just wanted to shout out to Mandy checking today (august 10 , 9am) . She handled a situation that could have escalated very quickly like an absolute pro. She thought quick, handled the situation and kept it copacetic for us customers. Plus she's just a sweet gal. Props. Give her a raise. Thanks!”
“Pretty good place with a wife variety of Asian foods and goodies but it smells kinda bad. Other than that the clerk was helpful and everything was amazingly stocked. Only bad part was the smell that's it.”
“Great selection of fresh made sandwiches, local and main stream beverages, and Dave's Ice Cream!!! If you haven't had the ice cream your life's not complete :)”
“I love having this full service grocery store in my neighborhood. They have great local producers and dairy items as well as a butcher shop. Their deli sandwiches and salads are the best. The staff members are friendly and efficient.”
“?️??️Super clean place !!!?️,,, and very kind and helpful personnel ( all the way from the cashier to the person cleaning the store !!!!,,, This is a ? Gem of a store !!! Bravo !!!?️❤️?️...”
“More than a grocery store, a community space too! The people here are always friendly and helpful, if they don’t have something in stock you want they will try to order it. I asked them to get an item a few years ago and now I can get it regularly there! Support your local independent grocery!”
“Best place in Sonoma County to find European delicacies. Lots of Eastern European foods also German and Italian treats. They have hot and cold sandwiches i have seen people ordering, but I have not tried them yet.”
“On entering you are greeted by a dreary, Gothic persona that begins to fade as you look around and you begin to warm up to this store that is bursting with a fully stocked, bursting at the seams food offerings. Every row is neatly organized to take full advantage of the space provided. I was asked if I needed any help while shopping and on the way out received a genuine goodnight. In closing you do not need no stinking membership card to get inside.”
“In one of my favorite Whole Foods, one of the few that actually has a pub. Inside they also do samples and also any beers they have in the fridge. You can do a bottle charge and drink it there. If you need to mix shopping and a good beer into one trip. It's a good whole foods”
“I love Oliver's commitment to quality and reasonable pricing, however there is not an Oliver's very near me so I end up going to Lucky's or Safeway. Every product at Oliver's that we purchase is of great quality. I would love it if you could put in another store in the old Rite Aid location at 1551 Farmer's lane in Santa Rosa. Many of my neighbors say the same thing so I'm sure you will get plenty of business. Behind that location is a small business park where I'm sure a huge lunch crowd will come from, and behind the Fairgrounds is a huge subdivision of homes. In short, we would welcome you to the neighborhood and my band would be happy to perform at your grand opening, Ha!”
“Today was the first time I had an issue with an employee, she was bagging my groceries. She put my heavy items on top of my fresh fruit/produce !!! I mean they were smashed, because of having coats etc on I didn’t see a name tag . And I didn’t get my receipt to know what checker/ check stand, to possibly know who the bagger was. It was a young girl, which there’s a lot of there. I just wish I watched her bag, but I didn’t. I’ll pay a lot more attention next time, otherwise I love the store and employees. The bakery is dangerously good”
“Its a great store in a quiet location. It has everything you need and its conveniently located, with lots of parking spaces available. You also have a really large home depot right next to it”
“I ordered Carne Asada Tacos and Beans and Cheese side with both red and green salsa. The food was excellent, flavorful and reasonably priced. The customer service was great ant the staff was friendly and very helpful.”
“Great local market mostly Hispanic cuisine items but just about everything available hot food and bakery goods. fruits look incredible meat looks delicious and healthy grocery stores clean staff super helpful”
“The service of the Target was standard as in there was a lot of self checkouts and checkout lanes. I choose to use self checkout although either lane works. The selection was slightly outdated as the toys were from a couple months ago and the cds some were from years ago. Although considering the history of the mall the products probably had a difficult time being sold. Although considering safety I believe the area was very sketchy. The value I did get a nice movie for $10. Alongside some cosmetic and household items.”

“Came here looking for fresh cranberries on Christmas morning. No one had them. This Safeway also didn't have them, but I was really grateful they had some open hours so I could try. This store is clean and well-stocked. Good produce selection, even so close to the holiday. Everything looked fresh except maybe some of the holiday flowers, which weren't quite as nice as the Safeway on Mendocino Ave, which is where I ended up buying a couple of bouquets. Anyway, this one is conveniently located and the parking lot is easier to navigate than some of the other ones.”
“Great selection of fresh produce. Go in summer when enormous 2 pound mangos are for sale. Has meat counter, with premarinated chicken, etc. Also a restaurant, with best burritos ever! Gotta try their salsas. Family meal of 2 pounds carnitas with tortillas, sauce rice and beans is a steal at less then 30 bucks. Feeds my brood of 5 with leftovers.”
“Staff always welcomes me when I walk in. I wasn't sure how it all worked when i walked in (like if i could only shop if I was receiving WIC benefit's but, quickly learned that was not the case, anyone can shop at Prime time stores) staff right away explained how to shop in the store. they have always been very friendly (specially Michelle)”
“The Whole Foods in Santa Rosa, located in Coddingtown Mall, is currently closed due to a fire that broke out on the roof. The fire, which started around 12:30 p.m. on a Thursday, originated from a large HVAC unit. Thankfully, everyone in the store was evacuated safely, and no injuries were reported. However, the fire caused significant damage to the building, with an estimated $250,000 in repairs needed. The store is expected to remain closed for several days while repairs are made.”
“This is just about the best and most friendly little hole in the wall produce place ever. They generally have a great selection of the basics when it comes to fruit and veggies. Never eaten from the meat counter, but the place smells very clean. The staff is usually super friendly. It's a great place to grab some onions and oranges and celery. And you'll feel good about it.”

“Raley's off Fulton Rd in SR is not too busy of a store. Its staff is friendly enough but doesn't stand out as being exceptional. It's has average customer service, which you would expect with any commercial establishment. Nothing really stands out with this grocery store. It's comparable to Safeway and Luckey's. It's just another place to get groceries, but it has a convenient location when I am near the store on Fulton Rd. Hence, 4 stars.”
“Must see, Must shop at this remarkable Asian market. Delicious, masterfully organized, fresh peppers, fresh exotic fruits, amazing drinks including Dragon Fruit Drinks, I can shop for Asian food in Santa Rosa. I don’t have to shop in Oakland or San Francisco for Asian spices, noodles, and peppers. Gigantic selection. Cook like the Chefs in Asian restaurants.”
“Huge selection of food and home stuff. Clean and very spacious inside. Good prices. It gets really busy in here so lines can be long. Nice employees. Also like the Dollar Tree next door to grab some deals.”
“RANCHO MENDOZA ARE MY TRUST. THERE I MAKE MY EARRINGS THEY ALWAYS GREET ME BY MY NAME. RELATED TO YOUR FAMILY. THEY ARE VERY CORDIAL. IT IS ONE OF THE FAVORITE STORES I HAVE AND I GO VERY OFTEN. I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM.”
“I was on a long road trip and decided to stop by this Trader Joes in Santa Rosa. One of the employees here gave me the absolute best experience Ive ever had in any store. She was so kind and helped me find what I was looking for. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful to have ran into her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but i hope she is able to read this review and know that I am so thankful for her and her kindness and I hope her pillow is cool on both sides.”
