“Dollar drug has been compounding my BHRT for years, and its always been fantastic service. Recently, I went on vacation and realized with horror, that I forgotten an important medication that normally takes a week to prepare and to add even more stress, my Dr. was out of the office that day. The pharmacist at Dollar went out of his way to get me an emergency dose that I could pick up that day, and they didn't even charge me! I was completely blown away and will forever sing Dollar Drug's praises!”

I'm so happy I switched to them, such amazing staff and delivery people who are always kind and really care about their customers. “Today I brought in my vehicle for a tire repair. I got a call from Royce informing me that due to the custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!”

“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”
“Me, my wife, and our daughter were there to pick up prescription last Wednesday evening. This was not gonna be an ordinary prescription pickup because the cost should be covered by my wife's Disability Insurance. We were told over the phone by Rite Aid pharmacy that if my wife's Disability Insurance confirms the prescription.. There will be no copay. If they don't get a confirmation.. there will be an $80 copay. Well... previous experiences from my wife's Disability Insurance company made me think that we will be paying the copay and then hopefully get a refund from that company later on. I was ready to pay the copay when we were told by the Pharmacist that she called my wife's Disability Insurance company and she was able to confirm the prescription. We were all pleasantly surprised and I just wanna say "thank you" again to the very nice Pharmacist at this Rite Aid. In my opinion, everybody is overworked everywhere and she could have chosen not to make the extra phone call but she still did and she saved us the work of calling that company and getting a refund.”

“We had problems getting our Covid shots approved through our BCBS insurance, using their confusing insurance cards. The busy staff at this Walgreens were patient, polite, and eventually accepted a direct call from our insurance company to walk them through the process. Incredible customer service indeed, to be sure we got our Covid and flu shots. Thanks to the get-it-done dedicated staff at Walgreens.”

“I've been to a few pharmacies over the years and this is the first pharmacy team that has made me feel like they actually care. They've gone out of their way to communicate about updates on medications, are always friendly and kind, and work very hard. Be sure to check out the hours before you go pick up your meds though!! They have a 45 minute (well deserved!) lunch break from 1pm to 1:45 and if you don't know beforehand, that might be a little frustrating!”

“I have been getting prescriptions since August from a car accident injury that keeps resurfacing. I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with the clinic over this situation and still in pain, in October. A misunderstanding with dosage led me to not receiving pain patches, the only thing that was helping. I felt empathy and extremely sweet character from the older, Asian pharmacist that has been witnessing my struggle. I appreciate him so much. Sometimes I've waited a bit longer than promised, when he hasn't been there, that's why only 4 stars. Never a specific issue with anyone else but He is just the best!”

He helped my pick a game for my son,overall, these two, on this late night shift, when all the thieves and such like to hassle, these two were still kind, helpful and I believe that they were genuine. They both deserve a raise. Better security would be very beneficial, not only to the store but to the staff.”

“I can appreciate this location , the staff is helpful , although they were under staffed which is one reason why i can appreciate . I can see that when there are only a few people , sometimes only 2 working , that it is a challenging position to not only serve people but keep the place tidy and shelves stocked . I had some photos printed out and i feel like i was over charged for some duplicates that i didn't ask for but the photo copy wasn't working and they took time to fix it and were persistent on doing so .. The store was rather messy but that was because customers can be so careless and oblivious to the merch they look through which does make it hard for any employee to keep up with . I appreciate the fact that we have a Walgreens that stays open later than most . More often than not they have what i need and the staff aims to please .”
