HEADS UP - Online and Phone says they accept walk in passport services, drove up there from Petaluma and they don't offer walk ins at all

This is the only once open in Santa Rosa on Sat and it's always busy. The front counter folks were good though

Waited in line and took time out of day on a Saturday to get a passport for our child because they list passport hours as 10-2 On Saturdays on USPS and official passport website just be told by employee "We haven't done passport applications on weekends in months. We can't help you." What a joke.
