“They are always happy to help and do a good job with customer service. As a designer I mix custom colors frequently and they do a good job getting the color right. I call ahead and the paint is ready for pick up and they’ll help you load it into your car.”

“I have had great experiences here. We don't live in Solvang but I much prefer this hardware to the Home Depot near us. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is always an employee nearby to answer questions and help you find what you need. The garden department is small but beautiful and with a good variety. In addition, when I have asked about specific species or a different variety than they have in stock, they have been quick to offer to order that plant for me, which has usually arrived within a week. The plants have always been good quality. Unfortunately I have to replace some of them this year because of the evil gopher army that has overtaken my yard but I plan to line the holes with cayenne pepper this time. Although that will probably just give the gophers a taste for spicy food. My hot lips salvia that I bought here is going on three years now and about five feet across. It is a huge draw for hummingbirds and bees.”

“I am on the east coast. We were in need of an oil pressure switch. They went above and beyond to find us the part. So the back story is we are the North myrtle Beach Rescue Squad in North Myrtle beach Sc. our boat the Merlin Bellamy is an amphibious boat that has an amp motor that runs the 4 wheel drive system to drive the boat ashore. The oil pressure switch went out. We needed one and at 4pm our time we started calling every local place no one could help us out. We then started calling parts places on the west coast knowing it may cost more but we needed the boat back in service ASAP. When we called the lady (forgive me I cant remember her name ) she was very nice. she told us she didn't have the part to ship to us. But here is where it service above and beyond she called us back with part locations in our area and the next mooring I was able to drive 30 miles to pick the Part up, so the boat could be back up and running in top condition. Thank you”

“I absolutely love coming to Todd Pipe for plumbing needs. I have recently had a lot of irrigation projects pop up in Buellton, and Todd Pipe has become an absolutely indispensable resource for me. All of the fittings are logically organized and labeled. I'm so used to the disorganization of pipe fittings that you see at typical chain hardware stores that I'm surprised at how little time I spend in Todd Pipe because everything is so easy to find. Everyone here is really nice as well.”
