I got into a car accident and had to get a rental ... the last thing one wants to do is to deal with a stress post accident however they made the process very helpful and efficient for me. I would rent a car from this location again.”
“Was working with the VA getting the vehicle allowance and vehicle adaptations approved. I tried to do a lot of research on this and asked the VA a lot of questions. In the end, everyone was kind and helped the best they could, but I ended up with more questions than answers. Finally went to GoldenBoy to check things out and ask questions and try to get information since the vehicle allowance was approved. As soon as I went there, Sean and Keith educated me on the process and benefits the VA would provide, which were actually life changing and substantial. So, I started working with them and within a couple of months of our first discussion, I drove away in a brand new fully modified vehicle. In the end, the cost of the modified vehicle to me was about 20% of the final price of vehicle + modifications. My recommendation, if you decide to try and get the VA vehicle allowance, talk to them first and save yourself a lot of trouble and time spent figuring things out. It took me about 8 months from start of vehicle allowance application to finally driving away in a vehicle. If you talk to GoldenBoy in the beginning, you may can probably compress this some.”

“I initially booked a rental through Costco and they recommended Avis On Fletcher Parkway for the seven passenger SUV. When I go to Avis, they were closed for the pick up, which was at 5 PM, the people inside there were extremely rude so I ended up going to enterprise on Magnolia. I was greeted by Eric, which was amazing and the young lady that did the walk-through with me was also awesome. No matter what you do make sure you use enterprise on magnolia”

“Strongly recommend Mission Rent a Van! We had a big group of friends coming to San Diego and decided it’d be easier (and more fun) to rent a passenger van so we could all travel around together. The price was reasonable and the service is awesome. We were able to have the van dropped off and picked up at our house. The owner responded to emails quickly and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what to expect with the rental. 10/10 highly recommend for big groups visiting San Diego.”

Today, I ended up renting at the Poway location. Turned out that Nick (Manager) was working today! YAY! The other employee (also named Nick LOL) helped me and was very friendly and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend either the Mira Mesa or Poway locations when you need to rent a car!”
