There is someone there to always answer the phone pretty quickly (when not urgent) and we are always able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe, which is difficult to do at many other places nowadays. The front staff has always been helpful and the vets are very kind and competent. We're very grateful for Cuyamaca Animal Hospital.”

“Last Saturday my 8 yr old ginger tabby Charlie came in the house limping so badly I thought he had a broken hind leg. Dr Meka was tho only vet willing to take him on a Saturday without an appointment. Charlie received excellent care from Dr Meka and his staff who provided a gentle but thorough exam, sedation and x-rays (which were thankfully negative). They sent us home with painkillers and care instructions. The cost was hundreds of dollars less than the Urgent Care estimate I had been given for similar services. Dr Meka even called the following Monday just to check on Charlie, who is improving daily. Thank you Dr Meka and Mast Animal Hospital!”
