“I got a storage unit about four weeks ago by a gentleman named John. The promotion was two months half off. I receive an invoice for the following month four weeks exactly saying that I am paying full price.
I contacted the Rinaldi location. I was in conversation with a gentleman name Andre I would like to say, even for the minor inconvenience. He was very professional, and he helped a lot and was Super patient.
I do believe John was from a different location, so I’m pretty sure circumstances and systems were completely different nonetheless The gentleman name Andre took his time to help me and I really appreciate it regarding the first incident. I would give it a good two out of five with the minor inconvenience being fixed. I’ll give it a five out of five.”

However, I was disappointed to learn that my quoted monthly rate was ‘promotional’ and would change after 3 months to an unknown higher rate that was TBD based on how full the site was at that point. fortunately, i only plan to use my space for 3 months , so it’s not an issue for me…otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. make sure you check.”
“I got a promotion that required me to move to Missouri, the whole process of having to relocate has been stressful, I was recommended by my friend to use this moving company Titan Van Lines, the movers were polite and efficient and packed my stuff with so much care, their customer service was just great and efficient they notified me when the truck left California sent out to delivery to Missouri, delivery to my new location was made in a timely manner, overall I am so pleased with the experience I had with this moving company I definitely will recommend it to all my friends and family and to anyone that is looking into booking their move.”

“I'm tempted to say nothing because I want to keep this hidden gem to myself. But these folks deserve your business. We have been keeping units here for over 20 years. Sometimes a few, sometimes up to a dozen. The management is awesome. Friendly, personable, accommodating, and always get any issues taken care of in a timely manner. If you are looking for a unit and they have something available grab it up. This is the place to go.”
“This is a decent storage facility. However not quite certain of the price. Recently I've been researching storage units for my brother, and I'm finding the same size units for way cheaper. My suggestion... Do your own research before locking in.”
“I had a pod delivered for my long distance move and it had to be placed in a bit of a difficult area (down a narrow driveway, through a gate, and under a power line). My delivery driver, Jose, looked at the area said “I got this” and I got to watch some of the most magnificent heavy machinery navigation I’ve ever seen up close. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to happen, but in a handful of moves he had it placed perfectly.
It was so good that when it was time for the pickup, I was nervous that they wouldn’t be able to get it out. Except when the pickup driver, Taryn, showed up, he kind of laughed when he saw the placement and told me not to worry. Sure enough, with some finesse, he had the pod loaded onto the truck in no time. He was also kind enough to remind me to take down the pod number because I had completely forgotten.
All of this to say: they could have looked at the area, told me no, and left me high and dry but they didn’t. They went the extra mile and did it all without complaint which made an already stressful move so much easier.”
