Camelot Moving and Storage was nothing but amazing during our super stressful move from Los Angeles to Charlotte NC. They were super responsive, friendly, helpful, strategic, and so accommodating when we had to make a slight day change in delivery due to our rental not being ready.
I love that they run their own trucks. They aren’t a broker or hire 3rd party trucks so you know your stuff is safe and in good hands.
We had two teams for our move since it was cross country. Cross country alone is so stressful and we had so much to pack.
The loading team had quite a few men and they were all super sweet and easy to work with. Not to mention so fast. They get in there and go go go… so you better be ready for them!
I met the driver, Junior, and delivery team on the NC side and they were so kind. Again, very strategic and savvy for unloading and bringing pieces into the house. A couple troublesome pieces but they made it work.
Also to add, they were very respectful and communicated very well.
Best part … out of the whole very large truckload… only one leg on my daughter’s play chair broke. Everything else was in perfect condition.

However, I was disappointed to learn that my quoted monthly rate was ‘promotional’ and would change after 3 months to an unknown higher rate that was TBD based on how full the site was at that point. fortunately, i only plan to use my space for 3 months , so it’s not an issue for me…otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. make sure you check.”

“Staff is very helpful. I called one day asking about availability and the size of the unit I was looking for. They called me later on that same day to inform me that a tenant had just notified them about moving out today, and that it would be available in two weeks. I was esctatic! The unit was a foot smaller than the one I wanted, but everything we had actually fit in it! The grounds are kept clean and secure at all times, and I love that it's never "busy" here or you have to deal with too many other people in their units. It's down the street from us and I'm very happy for its location, the pricing and the staff. I recommend this place.”

Sometimes a few, sometimes up to a dozen. The management is awesome. Friendly, personable, accommodating, and always get any issues taken care of in a timely manner. If you are looking for a unit and they have something available grab it up. This is the place to go.”
“Well when I was gone away for a few years back due to the constant horrible interference from the same few guys who hate me so much making their life long number one goal to make my life the biggest and worst existence of ruin, I could not pay my storage bill for like a few months over a year and they were good enough to keep my storage unit for me until I got home and could start paying them again...for this quality miracle alone and such I am giving a solid five star rating for real....”
