“This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.”
“We sadly had to put down our fur baby, Ice, last week. It was unexpected & a very hard thing to do. But the office staff, vet techs, & Dr were all extremely empathetic, gentle & helpful. The team here genuinely care about the animals & families they serve. You can tell that it is not just another job to them. “We were recommended to Dr Conners seventeen years ago. We had an older Westie (15 years old) and she had some major health issues. Dr. Connor was honest with me about her pain level. The time came for Abbey to move on to a better life. Dr. Conner made our pain easier when he sent us a condolence card and some clippings of her hair. Dr. Conner has been seeing our two dogs now and it feels good to know that they're in good hands with him. Dr Conner is the best!!”

“Great local vet for rabbits! I bring my bunny here for regular visits and even some not so fun sick visits. They have been incredibly helpful, and kind every time I’ve visited. They are also quite versed in rabbit medicine, their second opinion on a diagnosis saved my rabbits life a few months back.”

“We just started taking out 2 cats here about a year ago. I was blown away at how clean this place was and the vet doctors were very informative and caring to our kitties. A couple weeks ago our sweet Marble kitty kidney disease advanced to the point that we had to make to difficult decision to put her down. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their effort to make this personal for us. They knew we were coming and had a room ready for us to come in so we didn't have to wait in the lobby. They explained the process thoroughly and was very sympathetic. They let us pay for the procedure inside the room so we wouldn't have to stop in lobby afterward. Totally appreciated that! We never felt rushed and let us take our time saying good byes. Dr Watts was amazing and took special care of Marble. I would highly recommend this place. We appreciate ALL the technicians that were involved. Thank you”

“I've been bringing my pets her since 2014. At 5 Star Vet they do not put pressure to pay for procedures as other vets do. They give you the breakdown of fees and procedures and it is at your own discretion to pick what you think is best based on your budget.
I brought in my 16 year old dog who had a bad cough and other issues, without paying thousands, the vet prescribed the right meds and today, my dog is way better. Cough almost went away and he is sleeping all throughout the night.
They are busy, so be kind and patient with the staff and vets.”

Not only is the place set up to comfort stressed out clients with little snacks and coffee but they truly treat you with kindness and respect. There is no rushing in rushing out and they are patient to listen to all of your concerns. I could not refer this place enough!!! Thank God, there’s a place like this near me.”

They were beyond friendly, professional, and thoroughly explained all the options and services they offered. Doctor Yao is vet who saw our dog, and he is the kindest and most compassionate person we've ever met. Their service, gentleness, care, and facility are all 10/10, and their cost is reasonable as well.”

“Today was my pup's first visit to Dr. Johnson to address a digestive issue which has stumped my usual vet for months.
On-site parking was plentiful. I was immediately impressed with the staff -- they took the time to ask a lot of questions about the reason for our visit and what had been going on with the dog. They really listened and offered a lot of valuable information before we even saw Dr. Johnson.
Dr Johnson took us exactly on time and was a breath of fresh air. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable, which have me a lot of confidence. Also, I never felt rushed. She took plenty of time to listen to the entire history and talk through what seems to be a very sensible and practical treatment plan.
These days, most vets (not to mention doctors) make you feel like just another number on their endless conveyor belt. That was definitely not my experience with Dr. Johnson and the staff. They listened carefully, made me feel heard and took the time to make sure I understood everything they said. In my opinion, that is a level of professionalism and care very rarely seen these days!”

“I have been going to The Cat Doctor and Friends for many many years. Dr. Linger is a fantastic vet and gave compassionate thoughtful and caring counsel for me and my elderly cats. She was there for me and texted me very quickly when I was in dire need of a response. She also was there for me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my 17-year-old cat. Because of the The Cat Doctor my kitty got a few extra comfortable quality years with me. The front desk staff are all helpful and kind. They focus on cats alone which is also great, and always the quality of life of the kitty comes first with stellar veterinary expertise and advice. It’s also really nice that they have their own hospital care available if you need it! If you have cats in your home and your heart, please seek out the care of The Cat Doctor and Friends.”
“I have had a very positive experience here with Dr. Madrazo. They are very accommodating, staff is excellent, and they do their best to make my big nervous dog very comfortable. I came here because my dog needed vaccinations for a board and train facility and my original vet was so booked, they couldn't accommodate me, so I ended up at Yosemite Pet Hospital because they made it possible for me to get him in right away. I am very grateful to them for always helping me out when I need anything and I don't have to wait months for an appointment.”

“Dr Meijia and the medical assistant who brought us in were both very kind, professional and knew exactly how to treat our puppy! We’ve gone to other vets where they wouldn’t even lay hands on him and would just be on the computer the whole time. Dr Mejia was very hands on with Ozzy and listened to our every concern. She made sure she understood everything clearly, asking all kinds of follow up questions. Ozzy is very anxious in new settings but Dr Mejia and her assistant both did a great job at making Ozzy feel safe and comfortable. Thank you guys for seeing us a Saturday afternoon, even with how busy it was, they made us feel welcomed and made Ozzy feel better. Thank you!”
