Bryan FaceTimed with me and we confirmed together every item that was to be packed and moved.”

They even showed us several units in person so we could get a better sense of the sizes before deciding, which made the process much easier. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated the extra effort and friendly service — it made the whole experience stress-free. “This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. Thank you, Bobby, and I hope you will be acknowledged by your employer for your service!”
