“I gotta say that I agree with many of these negative reviews and sure its a real pain in the ass sometimes. But I recently had an interaction with a representative and I didn't have any issue whatsoever getting ahold of a real voice, and the young lady that helped made the transaction fast and easy. as well answered some questions about FT. So far we haven't had any issues with this agency but it would be really nice if they could step up the ease of payment for those without the FT transponder especially as we leave the country A LOT and spend months out. just saying.”

“What a truly unique and fantastic experience! Our family chartered a Tideline private ferry ride to explore and sightsee the San Francisco Bay Area. Many smiles, laughter, conversation, a few drinks, and pictures were had. This was the absolute highlight of our family trip, and was well talked about afterwards!The communication from the Tideline staff leading up to our trip was frequent and detailed, the boat staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodated our requests, and we felt very safe with the condition of the boat and equipment.I highly recommend you explore a trip with Tideline - either privately or via one of their scheduled trips. I've previously traveled on the Bay Area commuter ferries, and they don't come close to the personalized and differentiated service offering this company offers.”
