“Wow- this gym is truly the best one we've been to yet (and we've been to quite a few over the years...) the facility is spotless and everyone seems to do their part in keeping it nice. Will is a phenomenal coach- your form seems to be his top priority which is SUCH a nice thing to find- I never feel like I will get injured lifting with his guidance! They have flexible class schedules and an open gym (24/7 for members). We've been going for a month now (my husband and I) and we already feel stronger and are SO stoked on this place! “I have been at DRS for over five years now. I never felt ‘athletic’ before and I was super intimidated of CrossFit before I came to DRS. However, both the coaches and members were so kind and supportive, I decided to join after my 2 week free trial. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is a safe place for people of all levels and from all different walks of life. I have now had two babies and the coaches have helped me through both pregnancies and recoveries! I have made so many friends here and am so thankful that I found this community. “I've been to a few 9Rounds. They are all great, but this is my favorite. A family run business that takes pride in everything they do. Always clean, friendly, and welcoming. They are also innovative: from the monitors at each station to the key fob entry which allows access even when the trainers are not there. Well done!”

“The Neighborhood Gym is a great community. You will feel welcomed from day 1. It is incredibly clean with great coaches. The programming is top notch. If you're looking for a gym where you can get a good workout in and stay healthy, this is the place for you, judgement free zone. “Update: I've been coming here for about 5 months and I see such immense improvement in my strength and also can see more toned muscle developing on areas of my body. In addition , this has helped me improve my mental health , as it is my daily escape from the stress and hectic nature of life! Again - run don't walk here! It's an invaluable investment in both your physical and mental health! Run don't walk here! This is the only place to go to for all your fitness needs! I love and adore this place! You get a total body workout in 30 minutes (no class times, just simply pop-in), I already feel stronger and see that I am developing more muscle structure. It's a circuit style training with emphasis on kick boxing, conditioning, weight training, core strength, etc. - this is done within 9 different "rounds" that are 3 minutes each and no prior kickboxing experience is necessary. Believe me, the 30 minutes past by like a blink of an eye!All of the trainers are absolutely exceptional, amazing and attentive! If you have any injuries/pre existing mobility issues or if you have any specific fitness goals, they personalize and modify , each "round" as needed for you. You basically have a personal trainer at each and every workout. Also, this location is extremely welcoming, there is such a deep sense of community and camaraderie when you walk in the door. It's like your neighbor "Cheers" bar (for those of you are old enough to get the reference), where they know your name and you receive a heartfelt warm smile & wave.Stop by as soon as you can! They always offer 2 free sessions for you to experience the work out and the trainers, I guarantee that once you check it out, you will feel awesome and not want to go back to a boring "traditional gym". “Going on my 4th week at Blk Box and really enjoying it. The energy level in the classes is great. I really like that they focus on form and ensuring that you are performing the exercises correctly, no cheating the movements for the sake of pushing a heavier weight. They are also good at adapting to any existing injuries or limits in mobility (while still pushing you!) I'm always impressed when a trainer can make a small dumbbell feel impossible to lift after a few good sets. The workout plans are awesome and really focus on good, functional strength and conditioning. Cant say enough good things about the team either. Ryan, Dez, Marco, and Ty really bring an amazing vibe and get you going even if you've had a rough day. Stoked to be a part of the Blk Box family!”

“Mr. Roberto and his MyGym staff are absolutely amazing! Each week they transform this space into an adventurous wonderland for the kids to learn, explore and develop agility. My son has attended this MyGym for two years and his flexibility and strength has grown tremendously; including his trust in the staff to try new stations. I am glad we found this place, they treat us like family and we love every minute of it. This place is super clean and wipe down equipment after every class.”

“This review is long overdue, but I highly recommend HOP & Christian to anyone looking to get stronger or just simply looking to get more fit and active. I've been coming to HOP and training with Christian for about 1+ month now and beyond happy with the progress I've made. My main goal this year was to get into deadlifting and there is no better gym for that than HOP with tons of free weights and knowledgeable coaches. I went from not being able to properly do RDLs without my back feeling like it was going to snap, to being able to deadlift close to my body weight and walking away unscathed! I know warehouse gyms are not for everyone but I highly recommend to give HOP a try, they even have a free day pass and the staff are beyond friendly and helpful! *wink wink* Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk today!”

There is a wide variety of equipment available for everyone to use and while I have had to make adjustments during my workouts, there is always something to accommodate me.”
