This post office routed my mail to the wrong city and routed back then lost my outgoing mail for two weeks. Avoid this incompetent office

Are we at the point where we should just expect confusion, poor service and inconsistent results from the USPS? This location and their knowledge of their own services is awful. If you need to do anything other than mail a simple letter, go elsewhere... like UPS or FEDEX.
