I really appreciate the fact that she was very understanding and was willing to hear my frustration about my circumstances and actually understanding that it wasn’t directed to her. After that she helped me again because tao stores/dept didn’t help me at all. I returned back to the same natural pretty associate vinka /vikna and she helped me again. She came up with options, she assessed multiple issues from other employees fix them without having too. Gain more information when necessary to the manager but did more of it on her own. This stores deserve a little more credit. I appreciate her service for she also helped me gain a resolution regardless of what I initially wanted. Aside from that, her plan ended up better even though I have to pay a little more. 5 star !!!”
