“This is the only location I enjoy going to, and today’s service was beyond exceptional. Miguel G helped me right as I walked in he was kind, knowledgeable, and really knew his stuff when it came to phones and plans.
He even managed to upsell me while still getting me a great deal on accessories, which isn’t easy to do. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.

I really appreciate the fact that she was very understanding and was willing to hear my frustration about my circumstances and actually understanding that it wasn’t directed to her. It’s the main reason why I love living in cali. Aside from that she helped me not once but twice in the same day. Although things didn’t go as I wanted to but that’s life and out of her control however, she still managed to be able to be informative, provide me further instruction fr I had to go to another store. After that she helped me again because tao stores/dept didn’t help me at all. I returned back to the same natural pretty associate vinka /vikna and she helped me again. She came up with options, she assessed multiple issues from other employees fix them without having too. Gain more information when necessary to the manager but did more of it on her own. This stores deserve a little more credit. I appreciate her service for she also helped me gain a resolution regardless of what I initially wanted. Aside from that, her plan ended up better even though I have to pay a little more. 5 star !!!”

I was not getting my needs met through corporate , I decided to go into this store hoping they could resolve my technical needs. Myra was amazing. The store was busy with customers and she greeted and multitasking with all of us. Her professionalism and calm demeanor really helped. She is an asset to this company, I was more than impressed with her service and diligence. I am in customer service myself, sales particularly, I recognize talent and people's strengths.
