“5K Stars - Fast, honest, experienced, friendly, fair priced, excellent customer service, and an amazing shop. Many times this shop has been just the right help at the right price and time. During floods my friend's iPhone fell into a big mud puddle and got run over. Brought it in and they gave it a going over and determined it was a goner. Luckily, they had a used / refurbished phone available within the budget during a difficult time. Next was a MacBook Pro that needed a battery. Their testing confirmed the battery was bad and the charging adapter defective. Continued use of the defective charger would damage the new battery so it too was also replaced. The screen is damaged so they looked up the availability of a replacement and could get one though we opted not to do it at the time. Replaced an iPhone battery and got it checked thoroughly as it had some damage. They put it under the microscope to see if anything important was damaged or if it went through to the PCB board and it was ok. Big relief, just a battery swap. At a different time it acted like the charging port was dead so got it checked and hopefully fixed. He took it to the bench to inspect it. Turned out to be pocket lint / fluff blocking the contacts in the port he easily cleared and handed it back. We all laughed. A Galaxy Watch that was a gift the charging contact separated from the back. Wasn’t sure it could be salvaged or repaired and brought it in. He put it under the microscope and saw a lead was nicked, but it was ok. He reattached / glued the contact back on free. Thanks for all the times they helped, advised, repaired, and came through for us and if / when needed in the future.”

I tried another location earlier and they said it would take an hour to transfer everything to my new phone, but the staff at this location was able to do it half the time. They were super helpful helping me find the right fit with my price range when I originally came for a different phone. “Conveniently located on the corner of Kawana Springs Road and Santa Rosa Avenue in the same shopping strip as Sports Basement, Marshall's, Pet Smart and more (Trader Joes is in the same parking lot/complex). If you're looking for all of the big-box stores, they're here.I'm torn. 4 stars for a bright, clean, and well-stocked store with lots of options. 3 stars for limited check-out aisles and long lines on a busy Sunday. Assuming they were understaffed - it happens, just hope that's not the norm. They did have an employee staffing their very busy self-check line, so that was helpful. This store has a large home section of Studio McGee and Magnolia products (a more open and pleasing layout than in the Coddingtown Santa Rosa location), a grocery section, and all of the other typical sections. I shop the perimeter: home, toiletries, snacks. Found everything I needed including clothing and dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toilet paper, Hippeas, and more. The prices are generally better than I find at my local Safeway so it's worth the visit to stock up on supplies.”

“I went in and purchased a new phone with Porter. as my representative, who was wonderful and excellent. The store is spacious, well air conditioned with abundant free parking on the east side of Santa Rosa. As a longtime verizon customer, this is the only place to go.”
