“I like going to Target more than the other stores that don't usually have what I'm looking for and the prices are better. Target is always clean and organized great. If you need help with something and if one employee is busy with another customer they will call someone else to help you. It's a pleasant store to shop at.”

“Hey jocks, be kind to the nerds at Best Buy! Came in just before closing time to look for a long micro-USB cable - which I was expecting to either be outrageously expensive or obsolete. It sure took me a long time in 1 section, but I struggled to find it in a second section. However in that second section, a major nerd was enthusiastic about educating my port terminology and helped me find the size I needed of what I wrongly thought was called a USBA. That what I now correctly call a long micro-USB had a good price too. The guy was so nerdy that it was funny. Thank You Nerd!”

“We have really appreciated Target with cost of living being unbearable. Plenty of parking, great employees that are helpful when asked. Prices are reasonable, they even somehow got the cost of cat food down! Their produce is good, most meats were cut to thin for our liking. Soaps, Toilet paper, paper towels, clothes soap, drinks, etc...all good prices!”

“The service of the Target was standard as in there was a lot of self checkouts and checkout lanes. I choose to use self checkout although either lane works. The selection was slightly outdated as the toys were from a couple months ago and the cds some were from years ago. Although considering the history of the mall the products probably had a difficult time being sold. Although considering safety I believe the area was very sketchy. The value I did get a nice movie for $10. Alongside some cosmetic and household items.”

“I visited the Santa Rosa 3080 Marlow rd store after spending an hour on the phone with Metro customer service. I was not getting my needs met through corporate , I decided to go into this store hoping they could resolve my technical needs. Myra was amazing. The store was busy with customers and she greeted and multitasking with all of us. Her professionalism and calm demeanor really helped. She is an asset to this company, I was more than impressed with her service and diligence. I am in customer service myself, sales particularly, I recognize talent and people's strengths. “I like this pharmacy because they really care and they are friendly. Lynn is always kind, and the others are not far behind. They are a small pharmacy and have had a huge amount of business, coupled with the Covid and some employee changes so some problems might happen. They are people too and need the same tolerance they give their customers. being a small store is what attracted me. the personal service is why I am now a loyal customer. I do not understand the complaints of poor customer service. that has not been my experience. thank you for reading this.”

“I had an absolutely standout experience at the Verizon corporate location on 4th Street. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Carlos D., who truly went above and beyond. After struggling with phone support, Carlos personally took on my issue. He called customer service himself, pushed through roadblocks, and even escalated the matter to management, refusing to take no for an answer. While the issue itself couldn’t be resolved that day, Carlos’s dedication was unwavering. On top of that, he found ways to reduce my bill to better suit my needs. His customer service is top-tier—he’s exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. If you ever need help at Verizon, I can’t recommend Carlos enough!”

“I grew up across the street from here and am living back at home again. I would say very typical 7/11. My only complaint was I wish convenience stores in general, especially in this area, had vegan options in their food selection. Frozen and quick grabs. Being across the street would obviously make it super “convenient” if I needed to grab something quickly. Non-dairy milk, shelf-stable items, non-dairy ice cream, frozen food, etc. There is a large and growing vegan community in Sebastopol and I’m sure it would sell.”
