“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
“Victor was so beyond helpful and I truly appreciated him offering additional loan services. Not only did he help me with my auto loan but he also consolidated 2 of my personal loans and decreased my overall loan payments by 50%! I came in to get my car loan and left with saving money! “I love this credit union. You only need $1 to join. I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”
“POLAM credit union is located in Los Angeles and serves the Polish American Community. Overall the credit union has amazing services offered and my overall experience I must say has been nothing short of amazing. This credit union has the best programs for Auto Lending and home loans. My most recent experience involved purchasing a vehicle and was offered horrible terms at the dealership. But when I reached out to POLAM they were able to finance me with favorable terms despite being self employed and having to use bank statements to prove income. I highly recommend POLAM for the best of deposit rates, auto loans, and the best of credit union banking experience! Thank you POLAM!”
“I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients.
