“My wife and I stopped by this Finish Line inside Macy today because it was the first store open so we were shopping inside. My wife wanted to try on the slip on shoes and I had some Macy rewards to use before it expires. The 2 men working today was very nice to my wife when she was asking for some sizes and different colors if they have it. She like 1 particular shoes but they didn't have it in store but the gentleman said he can place a online order for us. My wife checked the price online and it was cheaper so they were able to price match it. We were satisfy with our experience here today.”

“I love this Store!! Shop there for like 20 years ! BUT. NOW getting HARASSED after I paid for my merchandises ! To show my bag with purchase and receipt before I leave the store! I worked 18 Years in Retail different Stores and pretty sure that’s not legal!!! Only if the Store thinks you stole something and needs investigation against you filing a case they are not aloud to do this ! Check CA penal code 490.5 shopkeepers privilege law !!!
Costco and Sams club can do this because its a policy in there member ship!”
