“I've been with these guys for a few years now and they've been brilliant and consistent. Easy service to work with, good people, efficient and great price. I looked high and low in L.A to find something good and these guys beat everything in the area. Sadly I had to end our contract due to my moving cities. They've even been great in the close out. I have only good things to say and will miss it, and them.”
“I've been a customer for years. They've hosted my post box, handled shipping, passport and notary service.
I've seen some reviews that were not too kind. Customers who aren't familiar with passport application and renewal services are sometimes surprised that you don't just push a button and your new passport pops out for free.
That's not their fault.
And I've seen them go above and beyond to help people who were operating under time constraints to get there paperwork done in time.”

“I went to FedEx to print some pictures for a poster I was making for my son‘s birthday. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Carlos helped me print my pictures. A few days later I went back and he went out of his way to help me figure out how to finish and perfect my poster. I really appreciate their overall attitude and customer service. You definitely should Go to FedEx on Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks.”

Postmasters on Riverside Dr is hands down my go-to for shipping. The two gentlemen there are always super helpful and really know the ins and outs—whether I’m shipping to family in New York or sending packages internationally.
I’m writing this review because they saved me big time. Today, FedEx wanted $180 per package (plus box fees) to ship two large boxes to Utah. I went to Postmasters instead and they got it down to $88.20 per package. Huge difference.
Honest, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. I won’t ship anywhere else.”
