When we walked inside, an older lady greeted us and asked if we needed any help. She was able to verify the deals on the things my wife was interested in purchasing and help her through the whole experience. If there was an item that they didn't have, she would place the online order for us. My wife really appreciate the assistance she received here. They had some good deals and if you spend a certain limit then you'll get a complimentary tote bag as well.”

“I stopped by Soto in Sherman Oaks while I was in the area for a laser appointment (I live in Santa Monica and rarely make it out to the Valley unless I have something scheduled). I had a little time and was looking for a cute lounge set to wear for work and running errands, so I asked ChatGPT for boutique recommendations in the area and Soto Sherman Oaks was one of the places suggested before I even checked Yelp or Google. That alone made me curious to stop in.

First of all, this is an excellent place if you like to shop on your own without someone hovering over you the entire time; no pushy sales energy, which I personally appreciate. I was able to browse comfortably and take my time.

I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for — the cutest lounge set. They had it in black, pink, and blue, and I went with the blue one. I also picked up a pair of sunglasses and a really cute choker necklace. They have a nice selection overall — shoes, jewelry, friendship bracelets, bags, accessories — lots of fun pieces.

The pricing is on the higher side, but the quality definitely feels better than what you’d order online. You can tell the pieces are more thoughtfully curated.

The only thing I would mention is that greeting customers when they walk in makes a big difference. When I came in, no one greeted me or smiled. One of the sales associates, Michaela, walked by a couple of times and didn’t acknowledge me at first, even when I smiled. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did stand out. Once I tried on a few outfits and initiated the interaction myself, she was pleasant and helpful. The other sales associate (I didn’t catch her name) was also lovely.

Parking was easy. I found street parking right away.

Overall, I had a good experience and found some lovely pieces. If you’re in the area and like discovering fun, trendy items without feeling pressured, it’s worth stopping in.”

“I stopped by this Banana Republic store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall today while my wife was returning an item at another store nearby. The moment you walk inside this store, you'll feel like you're in a luxury store because everything is set up like it is. The store is very open, bright, quiet and smells nice. I stayed mostly in the men's area and looked at their items. My friend were a lot of Banana Republic clothing so I was looking for items for him as a Christmas gift. I saw some stuff that I thought would be nice for him but haven't brought it yet.”

“I stopped by this Vans store right when they open inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall while my wife was looking at jewlery. I know that they carry skateboard here so I wanted to see what designs they had here. The skateboard prices are pretty reasonable. The store was not busy at all and they had some deals for Cyber Monday soon. I looked at some tshirts they had out and also some sweather but nothing stood out to me. The employees didn't really approach me, they just stayed at the cashier area talking to each other which I didn't mind.”

“I stopped by this Zumiez store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks to look at their skateboard collections. My wife was shopping at a store nearby so instead of waiting for here there, I came to this store. I went straight to look at their skateboard collections and they had some nice one along with the price being very fair. I also took a look at some clothing they had because of the extended black Friday sale deal. They have some watches closer to where you walk in as well if you're interested in that.”

The staff are very friendly here and helpful with my wife when she had questions on their clothing. They also told me that they have a man chair for me to sit down while my wife was trying on clothes. This place is a decent size and had some good deals going on for Cyber Monday. My wife also signed up with their credit card to save more in her purchase. She got a red sweater to wear for Christmas.”

I took her to the store inside Orange outlet mall so she wanted to know if she can exchange items here. When we walked inside the store, they were not busy at all and was very easy to approach. They told us that you can exchange an item here from other Lucky store as long as they have it in the store. We then looked around to see if they carry the same stuff as the outlet but they didn't.”

My wife wanted to try on the slip on shoes and I had some Macy rewards to use before it expires. The 2 men working today was very nice to my wife when she was asking for some sizes and different colors if they have it. She like 1 particular shoes but they didn't have it in store but the gentleman said he can place a online order for us. My wife checked the price online and it was cheaper so they were able to price match it. We were satisfy with our experience here today.”

“I stopped by this H&M store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks this morning. I came when they just open so it wasn't busy at all after Black Friday. I never walked inside this H&M location before so I didn't know they have a women entrance and the men area entrance is further down. But if you walked into the women H&M entrancex, there are signs to tell you where the men area is. I like wearing their Easy Iron, Slim fit dress shirts here but the price did go up on them. I also like H&M conscious shirts that are now labeled as Dry mode shirt but they usually only sell them online. When I visited this store, the employees were really nice and asked if I needed any help. I told them I was just browsing so they let me be. They have some nice sales going on but so far nothing grabbed my interest.”
