“This location is located in a nice little shopping center area. In the nicer part of Long Beach. It's a very small business that is in a great location.I am very surprised at how polite and helpful and detailed Jeff was for an older gentleman I would have thought he was younger over the phone. I love that he runs his business professionally and doesn't seem like he would be unethical in his business. We could use more honest business owners who don't abuse there positions because mail is very important for people to reacieve there paperwork especially during tax season. An I hope he is smart enough to know that if law enforcement officers go into his business wanting someones mail they Must Have Search Warrant to Obtain a American Citizens Mail. Due to the fact many officers have abused there positions and used there uniform Off dutie. Thank you Jeff for being thorough.Respectfully, Rose.”
