“I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”

Saw how highly rated this place was and all the wonderful reviews. It's just like they said—5/5. My car had an extensive Carfax report, was well maintained, and was sold to me at a good price. It also helps that the guy working here is a mechanic, so you know he wouldn't buy something to resell that was junk and ruin the business’s reputation. I've been driving my 2005 Toyota Corolla for a week, and it runs like it just came out of the factory.
