We were shown the pull out sofa bed we were interested in and all the possible combinations of size, material, color, and mattress type. The sale attendants went above and beyond to assure that our experience with the purchase would be as positive as possible. “I called the store to see if they had a set of sheets that was on clearance and back ordered online. I spoke with customer service from the website who said there was one pair at the Solana Beach store but that they weren’t able to order them for me. I called the store and they were able to help with finding the sheets and shipping them to my home. The person I spoke to treated me as though I was buying a whole living room set Instead of a $60 sale item. If I lived near the store, I would only go here for bedding and other things that I like from West Elm. Great customer service reviews so I came right online to leave one.”
